Good take care, very helpful, nice

Good location in old town, and the owner provided good service and informative advice

We are from Thailand, we stayed here for 2 nights here. The owner,he picked up us at the gate of old town,he’s kind and helpful to us . I love the warmed-floor in the room. Although we communicated by google translate but he always gave us the answers what I asked😊 if I hv a chance to visit Shangri-la again, I’ll stay here again

Good location as it is located in the ancient city which is close to the North gate. The staffs took good care and provided useful information.

Very nice host, he invite you to drink some tea in the evening. It was a really good moment.

Very good hotel, the manager is very helpful. The price is cheap for commodities that are that good. Only problem is that the plugs didn’t work in my bed. But it works in other beds so I think it was just me.

Second time staying here always satisfying me, located in the heart of ancient town, just few steps to enjoy the dancing at evening. The staff is very very helpfull, the room is affordable. Everything is perfect.. I can put my luggage for free for Yubeng hiking 😍

Simple Hotel/Hostel for fair price in good location. Easy Check-In, bed heater even in the capsule room. Cool!

Lovely owner, he helped me a lot since I came on a whim and had no idea about the attractions.

The location is perfecte, in the very center but in a lateral quiet street. The capsules are comfortable, and the staff is helpful.

Great hostel, very comfortable. Owner speaks some english.
