Hotel is a bit away from the ancient town and basically anything. However, and it’s a big however, you are getting the view and experience of a lifetime. The mountains, the pets, the experiences the accommodation offers is unmatched. The service and the accommodation itself is exceptional. Everyone was welcoming and smiling and always trying to accommodate us. The rooms: beds were comfortable, toilet is the automated ones love love love!, projector experience, the view, I cannot fault this place and I would come back again if I’m at shangri la. My kids loved the pets experience!

Exceptional stay! The room had all the amenities we needed, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The heated floor and humidifier made our stay comfortable despite the high altitude.

- Unique horseback ride experience to Napahai Lake

One of the best hotel I’ve stay in Yunnan. Staffs are all very attentive, helpful & friendly. I’d rate them 10/10 for their services. Bedrooms are very comfortable as well

The Stay at Lisiman Xinsu was great with the incredible views outside our room. Eventhough it was slightly out of the town but we has a great time at this hotel!

We’re so glad we chose to stay with you over the past three days. A heartfelt thank you for your warm and friendly hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome, and we greatly appreciated the personalized service throughout our stay.
We loved feeding the many adorable animals, as well as the stunning view of the snow-covered fields and mountains.
Everything—from the smiles to the thoughtful details, including the delicious snacks, comforting night soup, and fun photo-taking session—made our trip extra special. We had an amazing time!

We were really satisfied with the service provided. Excellent customer service and they even took the extra miles to make everyone feel as comfortable as they can. Free pick up service from and to the ShangriLa Train Station. We were also lucky enough to get snow during our stay. Pet animals running around freely makes it even special. We love it.
Thanks to every staff member of this hotel. Excellent work. Really recommended place to stay. Thank you.
