BONUS HOTEL

I had requested a room on the 5th or 6th floor (higher floors) after booking. When I arrived, the customer service said I could upgrade the room, but I was given a room that was smelly, noisy, and scary. It's really embarrassing to let people stay in such a room! ! First of all, this room can only accommodate three or four hours of sleep: 1. At 1:45 pm in the morning, a man was talking loudly on the open terrace below (see the seats in the picture above), not afraid of disturbing others’ sleep At 6:30 am, there was also someone making a loud noise, shouting for beef noodles. . . Whatever At 8:30am, it was the turn of the neighboring middle school to gather for a speech (with a microphone) At 9:30am, the middle school had a physical education class called morning exercises one, two, three. . . to seven (also using a loudspeaker) In short, it was noisy all day long, making it impossible to sleep peacefully 2. The toilet had a strong sewer smell 3. The window lock in the room was broken and could be opened at will. The 3rd floor terrace outside could be climbed up one floor and people could come in and steal. It was a very scary stay 4. Since it was the second day of staying in Shenzhen, I had to use the hotel's public washing machine, but the hotel only had one, and the machine surface was very dirty, it felt even dirtier than the clothes, and there was no drying function, so I gave up 5. The room was very small The good reviews were probably obtained through room upgrades When leaving, they would force good reviews before checking out I guess I was spared because the customer service just went out for lunch and I can tell the truth Everyone avoid it!

The hotel is located in a remote area. The room is clean, but not as good as in the pictures. The room design is weird. The bathroom door and toilet share the same door. This means that when taking a shower, the toilet cannot be used because they share the same door. Moreover, the sound of the toilet flushing is like a flash flood. I dare not flush the toilet at night for fear of waking up other family members. Overall, I am not satisfied, will not recommend it, and will not choose it again.

跟朋友一起爬山，就隨便找了家酒店入住，沒想到非常滿意，前台服務很好！房間乾淨整潔，還沒早餐，因為懶得吃，就沒去吃！設施完善入住的三樓有個平台，還有洗衣機，對於爬完山想洗衣服的朋友很友好，因為它三樓的平台可以晾衣服！這家酒店必須給個好評！

酒店一進門就有前台小姐姐打招呼！服務特別好看我提一個大箱子！還幫我拿行李，衞生整潔舒適乾淨，房間沒有啥氣味設施齊全，設備完善，還有洗衣機，有些酒店洗衣機都不配備，這個酒店就很好有配備洗衣機！和朋友去深圳灣玩出行也很方便！！！旁邊走幾步就是地鐵站嘿嘿，下次還回來這家酒店住的！😀☺️☺️

交通方便，距離景點比較近，環境優美，設施完善，房間和圖片一致，前台服務態度良好，衞生狀況良好乾凈整潔，毛巾浴巾可以看出來是新換的，屋子裡無異味，情侶出遊是不錯的選擇，下次還會和女朋友訂這個酒店

酒這個店是我最近訂到的相對來説比較好的酒店了！環境舒適，這個價格還蠻有性價比的！設施服務都不錯，我一般不怎麼評價但是這個酒店確實讓我挺滿意的，還有那個早餐特別好吃！😋非常符合我的胃口[呲牙]
