這是我住過退房時時拍的，實際床鋪比這整齊。去香港福田口岸住這裏方便，窗外風景很美。室內用品齊全整潔。價格再便宜點性價比就更好了。

房間在加福廣場，福朋喜來登姊妹樓，導航到了喜來登司機找不到路。我們下來拖着箱子一路問到的。
住了三天，房間視野很好，底下就是深圳河，不遠處就是福田口岸的橋，河右邊便是香港。
房間倒是打掃得很乾凈温馨，不過仍是打死兩衹小強，南方城市都很難免。
一切都很好，非要提點建議的話，就是沙發和床都像木板的，太硬了些。喜歡睡硬床的有福了。

缺點:
一、插座佈局，不太合理，例如:可以在洗手盆、沙發等位置佈置。
二、未配置辦公桌和辦公椅。

房東小姐姐👧服務態度很好👍，回覆很快，還免費給我升級了房型，可以看到對面香港，很開心😃，住得蠻舒服，樓下就是停車場，35元/天。
設施：挺新凈，木地板看起來有家的感覺
衞生：乾淨
環境：很好！可以看到深圳河及對面HK
服務：服務很好！
