Great place to stay if you don't want to stay in hotels.
Comes with attached bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, living room and balcony.

Excellent choice for visitors of the nearby office building or Shenzhen North Train train/subway station. The hotel is near, seems in walking distance with small luggage (15 minutes), but with large suitcases its not optimal, I suggest to take a DiDi (roughly 10 rmb). There is no cover or underground option to reach the hotel.
The rooms are Ok sized, the bedroom is (way) too small for large persons, luggage has to be stored in living area. Bathroom is small but clean and new, shower water pressure could be improved. Bed mattress are a touch too hard for foreign visitors, the linen is clean and very comfortable. I would not suggest to take the higher level rooms, its actually surprisingly noisy even with the double glass bedroom windows.
Nevertheless, quality/price its a really good balance, and if solo/duo traveler I would surely suggest the smaller sized 2 bedroom apartment (reminder, this size has a single bed in the second bedroom).
