The got to check in and they had no idea about our booking we booked the best room you could get by paying extra for upgrades
We was put in a small room, smelled like a smoking area! People before hand must of smoked inside as there’s no windows, the sides, bed and floors was dirty black

The service was good and the location is near the airport (take the M591 bus). It's in an older part of the town and it shows in the building. Overall, the room was clean with basic facilities. Great value for the price. However, communication wasn't great. Highly recommended to reach out to them through Trip.com before arriving. There was no one at the reception so I had to call them.
