環境 挺好，衞生乾淨到位服務挺好設施齊全去香港玩臨時住一晚沒想到酒店不大價格不貴房間還挺好的下次有機會來深圳還會選擇這家酒店

服務特別差 一點也不負責任 東西不見了還理直氣壯笑着説“我以為你不要的” 真的搞不懂有什麼好笑 你認為顧客不要的東西就是不要的嗎？ 然後問什麼都是一問三不知 交接沒一點交代👎👎👎

我真的是服掉一堆東西都是壞掉的
晚上1.2.旁邊還有人搓麻將 床還好震動
一個晚上都不敢睡覺
第二天起來退房很生氣跟前台説很多東西都壞了還跟我説沒事 他是看不出來我很生氣嘛 我無語😓
