和網上介紹的圖片有點差異 想換個房間 裏面的人讓對付一下使用 空調這樣還讓客人對付使用 後來聯繫攜程客服幫忙調換房間了

店家不肯及時維護環境衞生。
早晨出去吃早餐，發現電梯裏有嘔吐物，不小心踩了一腳，非常噁心。這應該是昨夜住客留下的。
到前台立即通知店家清理，店家説要清潔人員會來做衞生。
大約1小時後在外用過早餐回到賓館，見電梯內嘔吐物仍在，衹是又被多人踩過。
後來退房時，再次提醒前台服務人員此事，店家回覆説：清潔人員會按時清理。
