Staff are very friendly and responsive if you need anything through wechat. Very close to Lohu port and shopping district. Upgraded on site for a window view as I didn't read properly that my standard twin room had no windows. Definitely read other reviews before booking this hotel. I would stay here again.

The design of this room is the most user-friendly at its price range. You can tell that they really want you to enjoy your stay even the room is so affordable. I highly recommend this place.
1. You can control all lights, charge your phone in both sides of your bed,
2. The sink is located outside the bathroom - you can use it while your roommate is using the toilet/ showering
3. Provides necessary amenities, as always
4. The toothbrush is soft, doesn't make your gum hurt
5. The design is modern
6. The mattress is soft yet it has some structural support
7. Storage area/ seat near the entrance for placing your luggage and for you to put on your shoes
Some drawbacks:
- the window cannot be locked even with help from staff
- some cigarette smell at the corridor, but no such smell in the room.
- would be even better if face wash, conditioner and moisturizer could be provided, but, come on, this isn't a 5 star hotel.
