We were here a year ago, it was clean and nice. A lot has changed in a year. Cleaning is terrible, the room is dirty and the hotel itself is dirty.

I booked a room with a big window, but was given this one. I was told that the room I booked was not cleaned, the bed sheet had holes, and the room area was not what I had been told.
