很差，住宅改的宿舍，床單被套不換新，洗衣機是掃碼的而且衹在陽台有，然而陽台在客廳住是♂。住宅改的宿舍，不是專業的青旅，即使是將就一晚都不想推薦。

到了還要補差價，不補就電話騷擾威脅不讓你住，電話吃了火葯，玻璃心陰陽怪氣嘲諷人，服務差大晚上打車過去補錢就別住，床上都是死了的小蟲子，空調時候晚上9點才會開，避雷！！！

看網上評價不好，還想退的，想想深圳的小區房，應該不會太差。來了之後果然是驚喜。房間挺乾淨的。女生間還有獨立的衞生間。床鋪之類的都能換新的。深圳是個有魔力的城市

老闆很熱情，也很友好，但是房間確實不敢恭維。有個兄弟手機遊戲聲音放了一晚上，嗡嗡的我一晚上都是半醒半睡的狀態。
