參加活動，住了一晚。塘坑地鐵站走路5分鐘，附近有很多食店，房間如照片，空調系統聲音比較大，附近KTV都幾大聲音，床墊都舒服，房間乾淨。

比較老舊的酒， 酒店自動玻璃大門已壞。前全台員工有禮。 酒店有提供基本設施，牙膏牙刷、梳子、沐浴露、洗頭水及支裝水都有。 整體乾淨企理， 價格在這樹不錯了。樓下有中式酒樓， 食物味道正常。

第一次入住還可以，這一次真是無語
第一天房間靠近龍崗大道車子吵了一夜，旁邊KTV唱到深夜
第二天換了房間，對面啥機器很大聲，且酒店窗户不隔音，房間很大蟑螂😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
第三天房間又一衹蟑螂😱😱😱😱😱😱
衞生間馬桶下面衞生比較差，由於衞生間不是乾濕分離，台盆地面水太多潮濕，是否可以用擋水簾遮一下。

衞生：如圖可見，桌子衞生都沒弄乾凈，還有辣椒油，拿紙去擦一遍，紙是黑的，拿手去摸桌子油乎乎。請問清潔衞生人員擦桌子是否可以加點清潔劑好好把桌子擦乾淨?
設施：深圳冬天温差大，個人習慣晚上就是要開暖氣，房間空調不可以制暖！
窗頭燈帶掉下來了，請維修好再把房間放出來住。
環境：一眼就是新裝修過，一股甲醛味，這個房間
居然還有麻將桌，一進房間好濃的煙味，煙味滲入到房間的每個角落每個縫隙，開凈氣也無濟於事，還是那句話，請把房間衞生和氣味散乾淨了再放出來住。
還有拉開窗簾，第一眼就看到空調外機，上面曬着各種鞋子吃的……
服務：客房服務人員有培訓過嗎？我説晚上冷而且沒暖氣，所以給我拿了一床被子過來。服務員拿過來還要説這麼怕冷居然要蓋兩床被子。……真是無語了，我就是怕冷怎麼了，還不是因為房間沒暖氣！
還有特別緻命的一點！凌晨兩點多了KTV還在嗨歌，根本睡不着！
槽點真的太多了，酒店這樣的服務衞生設施怎麼要兩百多一晚？定價定高了
