Nice, stylish hotel. Great service and very clean, comfortable rooms with a fantastic bed. I slept very soundly after my long flight. The helpful hotel staff took care to help me send a package to a friend in another province in China. Every effort was made to help me feel welcomed. Highly recommended.

Very great hotel, clean and spacious.
Great sunlight if you stay a room with window.
Even the room without window, is super comfortable, because it has a green scenery.
Great staff, especially the one gave us a free upgrade.
And, just 3 mins walking to the Subway station? And lots of restaurants around the hotel.
Superb location!
Would definitely recommend this!

Location is super convenient and central
Customer service is welcoming
The room is very clean and new. However, we could smell of smoke when the ventilation is on. we could see cigarette waste in common area. Apart from that, everything else is great and would come back again. I just hope that the hotel could be straight with their non smoking status and condition.

Always is the human touch that make me want to rate beyond 5 stars to the hotel.
Vennie Chen (apologies if I didnt spell it right) learned about the hiccups that I had during my stay. She handle it professionally, the way she handle the situation makes me feel warm and welcome, the sincerity she shown is up and beyond, comparatively or even better than most of the 5 stars hotel out there.
Xiao Long tong xue at frontdesk is smart and energetic. He understands how to service guests from different cultural background.
The hotel room design is so special, most of the electronics items is controllable via "xiao du".
Location is good. try this hotel to get a different staying experience.
Overall a pleasant stay, and experience the beyond with Vennie and xiao long.

Location is great. Just across from the mall. It was noisy though as people passed by in the hall. Nice and clean.
