Dirty… for $600 HKD a night in Shenzhen I was expecting a higher level of cleanliness. 2 nights were the maximum I could take at the place, the facilities were also quite old, with mold on the walls in the bathroom. Bathroom also smelled. The staff was nice but I was quite disappointed with the room overall.

Overall good place. It’s located in 1km from Xichong beach. For surfing even further. Nearby several restaurants. Rooms are small but clean. No lifts. Overall good place to stay.

The location of the hotel is close to Xichong No. 3 Beach, which is very nice.

Booked this room for a friend. He really enjoyed his stay. They have a small shop downstairs where you can order some coffee and other drinks. The location is perfect for walking to 3rd beach.

I came back from the beach in the evening to give my child a bath. The water temperature was as hot as a pig. It is not available 24 hours a day. I advise you not to take a bath too late, otherwise it will be cold water! ! Then the pillow was so smelly that even the child couldn't stand it and said he couldn't sleep. When I opened it, my God! ! What kind of crappy chicken pillow is this? ? ? All moldy and smelly, and the quilt also has a smell! This sanitary environment is really outrageous! Later, the store gave us some watermelon as an apology because they didn't arrange the room well. I was going to endure it and not comment. The landlord is very welcoming and convenient to travel to. Xiyong is worth coming again. The beach and the geological relics along the beach have made Xichong named "one of the top ten most beautiful hiking routes in China".

The B&B is in the first row, very close to No. 3 Bath, about a 5-10 minute walk. The boss was very accommodating and caring, and helped us upgrade our room for free; when we checked out, a guest who had booked the 4th floor just arrived, and the lady boss gave 2 cards, saying that the 4th floor was hot, and gave us an extra charge card to go out.
