I’m staying at this hotel chain for the second time — really good quality as always. About this particular hotel: it’s not far from the metro station, about a 20-minute walk to Shenzhen Bay Park. There are cafés and shops nearby. The room has a coffee machine and all necessary toiletries. You can also do laundry on the 4th floor (it’s free, and the hotel staff does it for you). The staff are very friendly and checked me in earlier than the official time. I’ll definitely come back. Many thanks to William for his help!!

What a wonderfully smart and comfortable stay! No wonder it's a joint venture between Hyatt and Home Inn. Strongly recommend for 'Shen Mi' (Zhou Shen fans) to stay here, as the UrCove smart system seems to *only* recognize his songs, haha! The hotel's location is fantastic; it's very close to the subway exit, making it incredibly convenient for getting to both the airport and the city center. I'll definitely be back!

I've previously stayed at the Atour hotels in Shekou Prince Bay and Futian Port (near Shangsha) in Shenzhen, and found them to offer good value for money. This time, I booked the Atour Hotel Beiyou for a dance performance in Houhai and Nanshan. The front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a deluxe king room. It was just as comfortable as I've come to expect, complete with complimentary capsule coffee, mini-bar beverages, and cookies, along with self-service laundry facilities. The room was more spacious than my original booking and even featured a projector. All in all, another excellent experience.

Facilities: The hotel provides down duvets and pillows from premium, well-known brands, and a Dyson hairdryer. These are definitely high-end amenities in the room. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Service: The staff were all young and provided excellent service.

The hotel has a very convenient location with a metro station right nearby. There's also a convenience store just downstairs, which is super handy. The room is very spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast offered a good selection of items and was quite decent. A big plus is that food deliveries can be brought directly up to your room!

I absolutely have to rave about this hotel! William at the front desk truly elevated my experience here (yes, that's the handsome guy in photo 2!). His warm welcome, the complimentary welcome fruits, and detailed explanations, along with his meticulous attention during both check-in and check-out, left a fantastic impression. The 24-hour gym is a given, and its transparent window design really helps you feel refreshed and invigorated. The location is also excellent, with convenient transport links, making it a great choice for both leisure and business trips. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. During check-in and check-out, they were meticulous and even thoughtfully provided recommendations for local attractions and dining spots, which significantly enhanced my positive impression. The guest rooms were equally impressive, surprisingly spacious with a thoughtful layout. The decor was minimalist yet stylish. They were spotlessly clean, and all essential amenities were provided. Lying in bed, it truly felt like a cozy home away from home. The hotel's gym was a definite highlight. The equipment was well-maintained and user-friendly. Plus, there were professional trainers on hand to assist, making it comfortable even for fitness beginners to work out. Breakfast was another delightful surprise. The aroma of freshly baked bread was inviting, and there was a good balance of hot and cold dishes, along with a variety of freshly prepared beverages. It was a true pleasure to start the day with such a delicious and substantial breakfast. From the front desk to the rooms, from the gym to the breakfast, this hotel excelled in every aspect. I will definitely be back again!

Hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Shenzhen, absolutely perfect for a family of four. The value for money is outstanding. The rooms are new, spacious, and all in-room facilities are well-equipped and fully functional. The front desk staff, particularly staff member #11, was incredibly friendly and highly efficient. The location is super convenient, with a metro station just a 3-minute walk away. And I have to mention, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be back!

Drawing inspiration from cruise ships, the understated Morandi-toned spaces exude a refined quality. My absolute favorite was the 5th-floor sky garden, where enjoying a cocktail while watching the Shenzhen Bay sunset in the evening was simply idyllic! The rooms are well-appointed with Dyson hairdryers and custom tea sets – the attention to detail is impeccable. It's also conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Talent Park, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. The nearest station(Yuehaimen station) is just 5 minutes away. Front-line staff member Mr. William provided excellent services. He upgraded our room to a room with a terrace and offered free breakfast during our stay. We will recommend this place and return when we visit Shenzhen again.

The hotel boasts an excellent location within a startup park. While the rooms are a bit on the small side for the price, this is understandable given Shenzhen's incredibly high property values. It offers a full range of amenities, and MixC World is just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The front desk staff were patient, attentive, and provided excellent service. My only complaint is that the welcome fruit provided for my extended stay included a moldy, rotten orange. I hope this can be improved upon for future guests.

Only bad is the room still smell of smoke. The rest are ok. Breakfast is normal

Overall, my stay was great, but there are a few areas for improvement. Eleven, at the reception, was absolutely fantastic she was incredibly nice, helpful, and proactive. Despite a small hiccup at check-in, she quickly resolved it with a smile. However, another staff member at the reception didn’t feel as welcoming, which was a bit of a letdown. The room was clean and tidy every day, and they made sure to keep my bed in perfect condition. One thing I did notice, though, was that the mirror blinds were a little faulty, but that didn’t take away from the overall comfort. Despite a few minor issues, I had a pleasant stay and would return again anytime!
