A lovely and clean hotel! The location was perfect — just a 3-minute walk to the boat that takes you across. Everything was comfortable

The cleanliness was impeccable; everything was spotless and tidy, with prompt cleaning services. The environment felt incredibly comfortable, and it was amazing to simply step out, turn right, and find myself by the Huangpu River, perfect for capturing beautiful sunsets 🌄. The service was outstanding; every staff member greeted us with a warm smile, and they even thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent spray and a soothing balm for any bites or minor swelling. As for facilities, they were comprehensive and truly had everything we could possibly need. Plus, the two-story layout offered fantastic value for money.

The room was great and quite new, actually, plus the staff were incredibly helpful! The location was also excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic! I'd definitely choose this place again for any future trips!

An old hotel with rooms that are dimly lit. I would’ve booked somewhere else if I could have, but the stay was bearable. Staff is helpful.

The complex “double-deck” room is quite suitable for family travellers who can take good care of one another. Yet, the toilet is a bit too small.

All the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially 伊桐! Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel had great amenities, including free laundry. They even folded our clothes after drying!

Clean room, nice and welcoming staff, breakfast had European but also Chinese style food. The one thing I would say was not best is lacking of mini fridge and too small window.

Very practical hotel in the Centre of the Shanghai City. Room is right size for two people and what I love the most is they have public washing machine for us guests to use . Next door there is the best bakery in town Called La Parisienne. This hotel is a precious jewel and I highly recommend it !

Hotel is quite clean, room cleaning happen every day, water pressure level is good with good temperature difference. Hotel location is near good place near riverside, where You could run. Breakfast have good difference of local and international kitchen, a lot of things to choose. I liked shrimps a lot, they're fresh, same as fruits and vegetables. One thing to improve is noise insulation.
