位置很方便 近地鐵 樓下保安一直在 進樓要登記 床很舒服 房間性別區分的很好 門鎖都是密碼鎖
缺點：1.房間的味道不是很好 可能是因為回南天的原因 2.衞生方面不是特別完善 希望房主對住客稍微提醒一下
（因為我定的酒店提前到一天 而且一個人 所以過渡一下 沒有淋浴 箱子也沒打開 住好多天的話能不太方便 退房好評補現金 但是還是想着真實評價 畢竟沒有達到我心中的滿分 但過渡一下也還是可以的）

旅宿業者訊息回覆很及時快速，住宿位置離地鐵站非常近，地點要去也很方便，要吃東西旁邊就是商圈，機能很好。

地理位置絕佳，樓下就是崗廈站，對面就是卓悦中心，非常方便。但是：
1、一進到大門，一股刺鼻的很濃烈的惡臭撲面而來，不知道是什麼味道，超級噁心。進到房間內，衞生條件很差，床品是沒有感覺有洗和清潔，有渣渣、毛髮，並且床單下面更臟（如圖）；櫃子也很噁心，很多污漬，還有之前留下來的抹布掛着；以及櫃子把手的灰塵都變成了泥（如圖）
2、重點，這根本不是單間，而是很多人共用衞浴的集體宿舍，房主故意不標明共用衞浴，有嚴重的誤導性；
3、洗手間衞生看起來可以，但是根本不做維護打掃，防水膠條很多處發黴、洗衣機很噁心，蓋子上泥很厚還有好多頭髮（如圖）；
4、其他人用洗手間不沖水、帶屎的紙就晾在顯眼處，很噁心，房主並不對其他住客保持衞生提供教育和引導；
5、牆壁有地方都發黴爛掉，牆紙也是好多處感覺在打補丁，牆上還有別人亂貼的貼紙，這房主完全沒有在用心維護；
6、設施方面，空調裝在櫃子頂部，雖然是製冷沒問題，但是你這樣裝的設計把櫃子頂的灰塵都吹下來；
7、WiFi網絡可用性和穩定性非常有問題。兩個WiFi，要來回反覆連，要麼就是連不上、要麼就是連上沒有網，這種設施提供的體驗極差，而且連一會兒就斷再連上又斷；
8、酒店地址和實際地點不匹配，去到了酒店地址，被一羣住在裏面的人很不友善的趕了出去，然後才知道房主要你加微信，才拿到另一個入住地點和密碼等細節；
9、退房後房主要用好評返現誘導客人刷五星，這種行為及其惡劣，可能把這麼差的酒店評價刷高，但是如此耍小聰明不好好維護房屋，不好好做好清潔，不用心提供服務，良心何在？

屋子特別乾淨，採光也很好，離地鐵站超級近，交通也方便，福田區哪裡都方便的，宿舍裏面的各個小姐姐都很自覺，都很講禮貌，房東人也很好。

衞生：多個洗手間、淋浴房
環境：離1號線崗廈地鐵站B出口近
服務：自助套床單、被套等。走之前再拆下來。有專人蒐集清洗

價格實惠，位置比較好，有商圈，地鐵站下去有小吃一條街，買東西和吃飯很方便。住的地方設施比較全，床鋪軟和，還算比較舒適。
