看評價較高，偶然選擇了這家酒店，地段不錯，近地鐵出行也很方便，酒店環境很新，前台小姐姐非常好幫忙免費房間升級，每位酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，路過都會問好，讓人感覺很温馨，環境也很贊。房間設施設備也新，都是智能語音控制，懶人的福音，最主要的是乾淨衞生，房間沒有煙味就很奈斯！這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值!下次有機會還會再來

入住還送了糖水！！很好的酒店，給免費升級了房間，要求高樓層的也給安排房間空間大，採光好，明亮，設施齊全還是智能的，幹什麼喊小度小度就行，前台小姐姐服務非常好，一坐下就來倒茶水了位置很好，出行方便，旁邊就是地鐵站 ！周邊環境也挺好有很多小吃！非常推薦

地理位置還不錯，離深圳北就三個地鐵站，出差很方便，辦理入住時前台非常有禮貌，洽談另外一位前台服務員端了茶水過來!這一點就看出來服務很好，因睡眠質量不好，特意讓前台安排了安靜的房間，前台免費升級了這間商務房!非常滿意，床墊非常舒服軟軟的一覺睡到天亮，隔壁雖然是城中村但也沒有吵鬧。洗手間衞生也乾淨整潔!此次入住非常滿意，有機會來龍華還會選着這家維也納國際

大部分人去吃早餐都忘記帶早餐券，然後阿姨必須要帶了才能吃飯，態度也非常差，聲音很大臉耷拉着。菜頭根本不洗也不切，一個菜頭帶一片葉子，麪裏面還有毛髮。餐廳外面一片狼藉。房間地面沒有拖地，瓜子殼不知道已經多久了。門很難關，總是響，聽到隔壁門也這樣……洗衣機是家用的，洗烘4個小時還在轉，洗衣液是沒有的，所以放了洗衣粉……洗好衣服放枱面折疊，就放了幾分鐘，衣服毀了，還得回去手洗。一直覺得這個品牌差，但是看着是新開抱着僥倖心理，看來還是錯了。價格和某朵一樣，但是天差地別。臨走前還看到一個蟲子，地毯是這樣的。房間玻璃好像壞了一樣，很難關，還有類似裂痕。對面是居民樓，離三米左右。

由於天氣原因，沒到店之前就打了個電話給我，貼心的問我房間需不需要保留，因為太晚了，前台人員説可以給我整晚保留，到店後，也很貼心的給我拿了點一次性洗臉巾，服務非常好，入住期間還有工作人員給我送了一碗綠豆湯，房間的設施也很棒，還有三個小零食， 對房間的智能家居很滿意，還可以隨時聽歌，打電話給前台要水，還是小可愛的機器人送的，第二天上早餐廳，給了個餐券，就可以安安靜靜的享受早餐，還配備健身房，還有洗衣服務，讓阿姨幫忙送洗，離店之前也是給我送回了房間。很不錯。總體來説，這家維也納算挺有特色的一家，服務好，態度好，設施完善，裝修還很新，三百多的價格，很值得體驗。
