在攜程定機票酒店十幾年來從未給過任何差評。這一次讓我真的很氣憤。晚上訂了這個酒店。蟑螂就不説了。房間裏全是蚊子，並且沒有任何蚊香液，昨天白天在香港跑了一整天本來就累。我和我老婆一個晚上都在打蚊子，打死的蚊子就有20幾衹。聯繫客服手機給我送蚊香液，我坐在客廳等到三點也沒有等到，凌晨聯繫客服也一直不回訊息，直到早上10點才回。我和我老婆一個晚上都沒睡，身上咬了幾十個包和疙瘩。咬的全是血。我是來住酒店的。不是來喂蚊子的。一個晚上沒睡，打了一個晚上蚊子，讓我真的氣死了。這種情況應該全額退款，太垃圾了。
