酒店的設施確實很差，熱水很慢，要放水15-20分鐘才有熱水，排水也很慢，地板也很滑。房間內跟旅館差不多，這個價格真不如大鵬的民宿。另外強調的問題就是早餐，想着就來火，不含早269元，含雙早409元，一份早餐70元，結果到餐廳每人一份湯粉，70元的湯粉？圖片就是現拍的早餐，沒有其他了。反饋給前台，給到的回覆是退18元一人費用給我？？？反正我覺得連269元都不值。

🔔服務：非常讚的前台小姐姐和經理，有任何客房、出遊問題，都能不厭其煩地熱心解答、建議。恰逢中秋節，還送了兩個月餅給我們，服務真的太有好感了！下次還會再來，也非常願意推薦給其他朋友
🚗 交通：距離南澳第一沙灘，衹有600多米，走路過去非常方便，這個沙灘也是我認為大鵬水質最好的沙灘之一。另外，還推薦藍寶石沙灘、西涌沙灘，打車距離也不遠
🍃環境：房間裝修還可以，好像是前幾年翻新過

前台小姐姐服務態度不錯。離海不遠，開車3分鐘。酒店設備有些陳舊，衞生還可以，床鋪挺舒服。

酒店位置一般，環境較差，後面是廠房，前面是馬路。房間大小合適，地毯乾淨，廁所有股臭味，估計是地漏散發。假期561元一晚還是性價比較低。

房間浴室花灑是壞的，走廊燈光與門鈴也是，
電視信號很不好，設備太過於老舊，如果有網絡電視就好了。
這個價位還不含早餐讓人失望
