Exceeded all expectations! The butler service was exceptional, taking care of every detail from our arrival until check-out. Traveling with two young children, it made our stay completely stress-free. We booked a mountain view room; the scenery was breathtaking and absolutely picture-perfect. The kids enjoyed swimming while we indulged in longans (the pool was surrounded by lychee and longan trees, though unfortunately, lychees were out of season). We'll definitely be back next time! Professional Photoshoot (30 mins & 5 Retouched Photos): The photographer was highly professional, and the photos turned out beautifully. Evening Dessert: The red bean soup was delicious and delivered to our room, just like afternoon tea. Complimentary Gift: The perfume, which was also in our room, smelled delightful. I was just wondering where to buy it, and to my surprise, it was our complimentary gift! They even prepared one for my travel companion. Environment: Each unit is a private villa with excellent sound insulation, ensuring complete privacy. The lobby lounge area is very stylishly decorated. Nearby Attractions: Just a 10-minute walk takes you to InPark, the famous Hello Kitty boardwalk, and restaurants, where the sunset views are absolutely stunning. Many water activities are available there, like snorkeling and paddleboarding, but remember to bring your own long-sleeved swimwear and long pants.

The hotel's service, with its impeccable attention to detail, was outstanding. Both their responsiveness and the overall service quality were excellent. I absolutely loved the hotel pool; it's incredibly photogenic, and with trees lining both sides, it offered plenty of shade. Additionally, I highly recommend the hotel's cliffside restaurant. It was incredibly relaxing to enjoy dinner slowly while watching the sunset there. Make sure to ask the hotel to help you book ahead of time, otherwise, you'll likely face a wait.
