Everything is great, but their service is the worst I've encountered in Indonesia.
During the night I asked for water (with payment), never got it. They didn't charge nor ask about it, I guess the guy at the reception didn't do anything.
Also they work very slow, every simple thing like get the bill taking 5-10 minutes. It's supposed to take 1 second.
Oh yes, they also give you only one towel. No hands or face towels.

Room is the same as shown in the picture. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food here also tasty. Please book room that include breakfast since it hard to find clean food around the area.

Everything was good and fantastic. Staffs were very friendly and informative. Free shuttle to airport for every one hour. Pleasant stay at this hotel. For improvement: my room was a little bit warmer since the air conditioner was a bit slow even when we have set it to max. Great hotel to have a transit or layover.

Very near to the airport. Free shuttle bus to the airport is provided, and it takes only 10 mins. The room is clean.

Hotel location close to airport and convenience to catch for the morning flight. Walk in breakfast buffet price also very reasonable and got plenty of food to choose. The interior for the room is so refreshing, clean and followed by current trend. Overall I enjoyed to stay at this hotel so much.

Stayed at twin room 2 persons, got only 1 key, additional must pay deposit 100.000 Rp, not common practice at all , very inconvenient for guests. Thanks Ferdy
