The staffs are very nice .help you for everything My room was really big and clean in front of the pool I really recommend this place . the staffs are professional I really recommend this place The restaurant has really good food of Cambodia If I back I really rebook the room again with them

Was wonderful experience staying at this boutique hotel.. the rooms patio has direct access to swimming pool which is so convenient. Rooms Ac worked perfectly, comfy bed. The most impressive is the staff always smiling and eager to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast good as well. Definitely recommend everyone to stay at Sakmut boutique hotel .

Absolutely wonderful staff. They were more than happy to do anything for us. The hotel is very clean and no bugs at all. The pool is great and the food is really good. The breakfast had an egg station and plenty of options for us vegetarians! I would highly recommend!

It's a bit far from the center. It takes 5 minutes by tuk-tuk, but it still feels more cornered than other places, and it's a pity to come with friends because there's nothing around. The bedding smelled a bit.

I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, and I was so grateful that one of the two rooms was available for check-in, so they took care of unpacking my luggage and going to see the city right away. Also, it was breakfast time upon arrival, and they allowed us to have breakfast together if we wanted, and the interior design was really neat to suit the tastes of travelers. It was comfortable and enjoyable during my stay. We strongly recommend to other travelers to stay here.

It was good that everyone at the hotel always greeted me with a smile. The room looked stylish, but when I turned on the air conditioner, the house dust was terrible, so I didn't use it. There were many negative points such as stains here and there on the sheets and no drainage. I read other people's reviews and chose it, but there is no next time.

The environment is very impressive, a hotel worth staying in.

First, the location is excellent. The surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are very good. Chinese restaurants, Korean dishes, Western restaurants, and Cambodian dishes are all suitable for grades. Second, the environment of the hotel itself is unique, quiet, clean, romantic and pleasant. Third, the hotel facilities are simple and applicable. Fourth, the hotel service is excellent and considerate. This is really the best choice for vacation travel.

This hotel was excellent. The staff were very attentive, friendly and very helpful. The premises are well maintained and the atmosphere very relaxing. The restaurant provided a good range of western and Asian food. It was ideal for a 3 day stay between tours.

Great hotel, so enjoyable! Big and clean rooms, wonderful swimming pool! We had direct access from the room to the pool, and it was great to swim in it after a day of training. Amazing and exceptional service from each member of the staff, always smiling and kind. Highly recommend!

The room was opulent. Everything you could want. Great shower, tub, amenities and a nice “bed”. The staff were very accomodating and always smiling. Drinks and food were exceptionsl and the buffet breakfast the best we have had on our trip through Cambodia. They always had a Tuk Tuk on jand to travel sbout

This hotel was such a disappointment, it is a 4* however (I don’t know how it’s kept that grade, it should be 3* at the most) it is sooo old fashioned , tired and hasn’t been updated in many years. It is like it hasn’t been cared for in a long time. The walls and floors are painted concrete which you cannot tell if they are clean or not. The towels were thin and frayed. The pool area looks lovely however the decking is cracked and dangerous. The pool bed cushions are dirty and stained, the pool towels are frayed. Breakfast was very basic. The staff however are very pleasant and cannot do enough for you.
