Great experience, near to the business outstation area, easy to get anywhere.

I booked this hotel for my supplier for two weeks. Upon checkout, they did not refund the deposit. I called the receptionist/ management, Tiya, the person who handled my booking and deposit, to refund the deposit. They said okay and they would refund via bank transfer. Despite the promise, I still hadn’t received the refund six days later. When I called again, they claimed that a dirt stain on the bedsheet was the reason they wouldn’t issue a refund. Anyway, some level of dirt is normally accepted in typical hotel stays. This is completely unacceptable. Actually, I wanted to book another stay for a different supplier for two weeks. I told him about this, and I said if you all do this, it will be hard for me to support them. They replied that it’s okay, I don’t have to support them. Really speechless.

Everything is good

The room is not very big, but the facilities are relatively new and the interior is very clean. It is very close to the industrial area, the transportation is relatively convenient, and it is easy to get a taxi. There are not many restaurants downstairs, but there are still a few.

The location is remote, taxis are scarce, it's difficult to go out, and the front desk staff are very rude.

Not recommended. There is no elevator. I don't know what machine is beeping when I sleep at night.
