Service is bad. Small room, so noisy I requested to change room as it was very noisy at night even at 2 3am in the morning.. voices and the bang on the door. But as usual they said no room and we cldnt exrend also. wash and dry should get a better one. It doesn't dry clothes at all. Still need to bring to laundry to dry them. Late replies, drop them a msg in WhatsApp only reply after several hour and a reminder. Cannot late check out not even an hour.
