The hotel is well situated in middle of Little India. The subway station is also nearby. The staff were nice and friendly. However, I would not recommend staying here if you are particular with cleanliness and comfort. The rooms (we booked 2 rooms) had a stench like someone peed all over them. The towels were dirty and were not properly dried at least. We asked the staff to give us fresh towels and clean the room, and while they nicely said they would, the did not. The furnitures were worn out. In fact, the chair by the dresser no longer has upholstery. And to top it off, since the rooms stink, our luggage smelled like sewage after leaving the hotel.

Please make sure you read the booking voucher throughly. You need to prepare cash SGD 100 for the deposit (credit card not accepted for the deposit). Otherwise, it’s a great location. It’s near to MRT Rochor station (Downtown line)

The location was good food , however the room was bad , towels are stained with yellows and room smelly .

Very small and very dirty bedsheets towels toilet

Very bad hotel,, Slow respon Not welcome people.. many people take this hotel only location.the ress very bad … deposit 100 n if check out them find any wrong n cut money from deposit…

Location is very nice because it’s near the MRT station, as in walking distance. Services is just fine, we don’t have much interaction with them. Cleanliness, we are in the basement so i don’t know in the other floors but ours was not okay.

Service was not the best, had to wait a while to check out despite calling and knocking on the front desk numerous times. Almost forgot my deposit as well. Room was small and cramped. Bedsheets had stains on them, blanket was thin. Kettle contained water from previous patrons, and also had weird floating debris. Toilet door could not be locked. Only good thing was the location as it was a less than a 5 minute walk from Rochor MRT station.

The receptionist is very friendly, nearby facilities on food, pubs and shops. Room quite OK only the bed sheet need to improve.. Water heater, aircon and TV all working.. Great.. I will book again for my next trip for another 2 days stay.

I was not informed that the front desk closed at midnight, my key card unable to open my room door when i returned to hotel ay 0130am, was not informed when check in on the emergency contact that they claim posted on the front desk. I end up having to check in another Hotel to spend the night due to this, really horrible experience, and when I informed the hotel the next morning they didn't even offer me an apology.

I booked family room for 5 nite. Not worth for the money spent. My first and last visit. Service terrible. Not helpful. Front lady manager said housekeeping will come after 3pm. After first nite on 2nd day I waited and at 7pm I tied the garbage bags and put outside room. Went to housekeeping place and grabbed new trash bags myself. The following day waited until 5pm and went to request for house keeping. The guy said they finish work 5pm. I demanded and he did a quick housekeeping. This is my daily routine to demand housekeeping. They provided 3 pillows for three of us. I requested for additional pillow for my six year old son. They said flat cannot. Terrible!!!’ Service. Very unhospitable people. Wonder how they are running their business. Zero star for them.
