This is worst experience in life with this hotel ; very dirty ; stupid staff and arrogant manager. Very dirty and non hygienic environment. Pls avoid.

when you sleep half way, the wall paper will just drop on your head, very dangerous to stay in, do not even book this hotel again

Very good location ,in between 2 different MRT line so basically can go anywhere in walking distance. Nearby many famous restaurants and open till late. Only things is the cleaniess and service still not up to standard. But considering the price I will still go back for this hotel.

I had very bad experience, I booked for 3 night but due to bad smell, I could not stay in the room, Air condition was not working properly. Then I cancel for 2 nights and they did not return the money. It is okay, it was not about the money, it was related to comfort. I never suggest anyone about this hotel.

Very dusty, and not clean . Have to request to change the room once check in . Still the same , aircon not cooling all until sweaty at night time

Water Leaking and floor get wet during rain

We were on two connected rooms Rooms are comfortable for budget friendly trips

Room abit got smell.toilet draining stuck and I walk by alot room,mostly all door is open abit which use the hook .maybe remove the smell.

The hotel location is very good with all the malls within walking distance. A lot of food choices around the hotel. Just a minor issue with the room whereby the aircon is leaking. But overall the stay was very good.

Room was a bit dusty when i came in and i think that’s what makes the sheets and blankets itchy. Having a difficult time to sleep well. It could be a trigger factor for people with asthma/allergies. Suggest hotel team to do full room cleaning if possible. Otherwise, service is okay, got complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. Amenities are fine, but no bidet in the toilet. I think the wall is not soundproof so can hear people talking outside and cars on the road. Receptionists wise are very understanding, allow us to checkout at 12pm because 11am is too early. If you went out the night before and come back late, you gonna wake up late the next day right. So maybe can drag the checkout timing to a bit later. Hope this helps, thanks.

The room was just filthy dirty. Customer service is bad rooms are old and dirty..

Almost Good, price is high , stay timing for the rest breaks ok

The room is abit run down with torn wall paper Shower curtain is too small TV signal is lagging. The audio and picture doesn’t sync.

Everything good but I want to cancel 1 day booking but give to refunds
