Convenient transportation, there are depar**ent stores. But in the evening there is a little traffic jam. There were quite a lot of people. Overall, the hotel was good. 👌🏻👌🏻

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please (arrianna) give your staff awards!

Location is decent enough with shops and restaurants nearby. Not much to offer in terms of service though they will allow you to store your luggage after check out if you have a flight in the evening. Very basic, no toothbrush or toiletries offered except some body wash in the shower. The biggest issue I faced was cleanliness. I was greeted by an unclean bed, not the greatest first impression and the air con smelled like cigarette smoke, clearly nobody has changed the filter in a very long time.

The cleanliness is not good in the room also in the toilet. Room is small for 3 person. You hardly can move together in the room.

The room is very small. The whole building is also old. The overall experience is not good.

Nice location and price

We booked for twin bed, total 2 rooms but what I have received for 1st night is a single room with one bed and the other room with double and single bed which is not what we have booked. Anyway it is for the 1st night only. We have booked for 4 nights. Btw, There is a cockroach inside the room and the TV is not working for both of our rooms. The blanket has a hole. The counter receptionist is very nice. He talk nicely and also the location is not bad. Opposite of the hotel, there is a Mustafa Centre; everything are here. The nearby around 700m. There is a MRT Jaran Besar. It is convenience

Thank God I'm still survive! The reason I booked this place was due to my late arrival time and then transit to KL the next day. My room number was 420 which is a tiny room with the bed perfectly fitted in between the 3 walls making it a claustrophobic experience to sleep. Not really complain as I understood the price I paid for (AU$58) - is probably way cheaper than a bed in capsule hotels. If possible would love to give "price" a 5 stars and would love to share the video that I took

Receptionist was so friendly. Room size is so small. If you want to book a room just for sleep, I can recommend the single room. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Television no network n rooftop have something crawling n chasing each other which make me cant sleep

It was good for me. I was alone there. As a business traveler, everything was fine for me.

Hotel price is cheap. Just infront of mustafa center 24/7 mall. Facilities is ok. What you is what you get.
