First room smell was horrible. Moved next door. No smell but same problem with rotted floors around toilet. Bathroom floor tiles crumbling. Old carpet in need of replacement or at least a good cleaning. Nothing like pictures. No thank you

Pool and whirlpool is not working. Staff says a heater broke. Hairs in washroom, carpet not cleaned.
