This the worst ripoff I ever had, the pictures are deceiving no such thing like a resort and or Hotel, this is more likely a 5th level motel so deceiving so highly priced for the real rooms quality. The phone line was death, I had to walk in to the lobby for service , I will rate this place - 1000 if it was possible , location is great but no quality parking control anybody can drive in and use a suppose to be a private beach for the guests, at check
Put time I asked for some kind of reference # and or statement and I was told to ask trip.com for my check out time and or check out statement after this lack
Of honesty ripoff I was highly concerned to be charge for extra time and or incidentals I never used and when I ask for some kind of evidence and or printout statement they call security to kick me out and if they didn’t was because Inturned my phone camera on

Being able to walk to the beach on a walkway was great. The grounds were lush and beautiful
However the ice machines did not work, there was no microwave in the rooms and the pool was under renovation and they never told us when ordering our room. Had a small pool that was open but packed all the time.

Everybody smokes, not just cigarettes...we could not leave out balcony door open.
Old building, pool was not open, bars were not all open. Ice machines did not work on several places. Carpet was ripped. Ants on balcony, bird poop on deck chairs. Garbage container on back parking lot, where our room enterece was were overflowing and smelly. They are working on things now for spring break. I guess thats the crowd they cater to.

Great staff! It was a little noisy in the morning from other people staying there so I am not sure if it was the people just talking extremely loudly (which I think was the case) or if it was thin walls. In any case, a very nice place to stay. One of the better ones on the island.

The large pool was closed for construction and I booked well in advance but was never made aware of it,y sliding doir was barely functional and I would have appreciated comps for there mis direct

It's just another older run down resort . Upon arriving the main pool was closed we had no notification , we were assigned to a room that was occupied already . Staff was uncaring and put us into a lesser room then what i paid for ,the problem was fixed after 3 attempts by ME the next day . Bar tender outside on Monday was rude and inconsiderate tried to intimidate customers with his poor attitude and called in 2 of his street **** buddies, who then also began a stare down with me . We couldn't wait for the vacation to be over it ******. Oh and by using your service the hotel charged me a 25 dollar up charge fee daily because i used *******

Property has great resort entertainment, pool, tennis, beach area, etc. That was excellent. Building was dated/ old looking with some upkeep needed however beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall a great property with a lot to offer.

Stay was nice. Everything was walkable for things to do and places to eat. Heated pool and hot tubs were great for going in Feb.

Good location, friendly staff. The weather was bad so it was nice to have a restaurant and bar on premise. Would stay here again.
