"The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel overall was good. The breakfast was delicious with a rich buffet spread. A big bonus was the swimming pool, which had a hot spring shallow pool perfect for kids, as well as a normal temperature pool for swimming. My only complaint was being called at noon asking about cheap flights – it was really annoying to be woken up, and I hope they improve this. The hotel's location is excellent, with Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake Park nearby, plenty of dining options, and close to the subway. Overall, it was a great stay! ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧"

My husband needed to travel to Ningbo to meet his Bodybuilding Coach, this hotel was in an excellent location.
Great gym not even 500m awa, close to 3 really nice shopping malls and pretty close to the Museum, Nantang Old Street, Tianfeng Pagoda and a little further was the Stone Carvings of the Song Dynasty gardens.
The room was amazing, with the main bed in the upper loft, and the bunk bed at the bottom. A mini kitchen that we could use to set up his meals.
Everything was superbly clean, even the towels and cups were plastic wrapped to show they were cleaned.
We used the self service laundry and it was really nifty because the mini gym they have was in the same room, so you can walk or run while the washing is getting down 😜
Excellent staff and so friendly.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

My overall stay was quite pleasant, despite a bumpy start. Thankfully, the Howard Johnson Dongqian Lake's service was satisfactory, especially Manager Lou. She was dedicated, empathetic, and provided thoughtful, prompt service, demonstrating excellent hotel management qualities! I was traveling with my parents during a cold snap, and our original room was chilly. Manager Lou quickly arranged a room change to a different floor. We also encountered an unexpected power outage in parts of the Dongqian Lake resort area, which caused some inconvenience. However, Manager Lou and her team handled the emergency promptly and thoughtfully, taking care of my elderly parents. Her attitude and professionalism were commendable, and the other staff members also did a great job with the details.
It's worth mentioning that the hotel offers cultural and entertainment experiences like Baduanjin (a traditional Chinese exercise), Song Dynasty tea ceremony, and deer park fun, which effectively enriched our holiday. These activities are suitable for both seniors and children.
The location is also great: near Hanling Old Street in Dongqian Lake, about a ten-minute walk, and convenient for reaching other attractions.
I hope the hotel continues to improve, with timely updates to some of the facilities. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

HenduohenduoxiongThe hotel's facilities are indeed new and well-equipped. The bellboy was enthusiastic and helped carry our luggage directly to the room. The lake view room offered an excellent view of the entire Tianming Lake, and the breakfast was fantastic, especially the sea urchin wontons. We also enjoyed local specialties like Ninghai Maibing and Three-Color Pastry.
However, there were a few downsides: Firstly, there was a strange odor in the hallways and rooms. The first room even had a strong smell of smoke, which affected our mood despite the front desk promptly changing our room. Secondly, the balcony door and air conditioning are linked, so the AC automatically turns off when the door is opened. This was frustrating on hot days when we wanted both ventilation and cool air. Additionally, since the hotel is not in a central area, there were occasional instances of straw burning, which affected both public areas and the balcony. Lastly, the hotel's overall service consciousness could use some improvement.

I've stayed at the Pacific Hotel Yuyao many times. It's located along the Yaojiang River, and I really enjoy my daily walks along the river. The hotel service is consistently excellent, much more professional than many newly built five-star hotels, especially when it comes to the small details. The breakfast is particularly abundant and features many local Yuyao specialties, which is very comforting as a descendant of Yuyao. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. It's my top choice when visiting Yuyao; it would be even better if they had larger family rooms.

Guest UserOur top pick for a Dongqian Lake getaway! A special shout-out to our butler, Nicole, who not only upgraded our room for free but also granted us a late check-out! The hotel is right next to the popular 'International Lake House' sunset spot, and very close to Hanling Old Street, making dining super convenient. Nestled between mountains and the lake, its village-style garden design offers picturesque views at every turn. The rooms are spacious and clean, each with a scenic balcony and comfortable bedding. The service is thoughtful and attentive, and the shuttle service within the resort is very handy. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. Strolling through the grounds and enjoying the hot springs are both incredibly relaxing activities, perfect for escaping the city hustle. The hotel's body lotion is also excellent. We will definitely be back!

I wasn't interested in the hot springs, so I booked a standard room. Luckily, I had a Ctrip voucher, and the hotel upgraded me to a balcony room for free, which had a great view. Overall, it was pretty good. I chose this place because I was driving and it has its own parking lot with fast charging stations.
I mainly came for the deer, and they provided three days worth of tickets, which included food to feed them. The deer were gentle and cute, though they do love to snatch carrots!

This hotel perfectly blends luxury with nature, offering a sophisticated yet understated mountain retreat experience. The service was the highlight of our stay; from check-in to daily room service, every step demonstrated professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. The shuttle drivers were polite and attentive, always appearing promptly whenever called, and patiently introduced us to different areas of the hotel. Room service was equally impressive; our room was spotlessly clean, with every detail perfectly executed. Breakfast was abundant and exquisite, combining both Chinese and Western options with fresh ingredients and artful presentation. Sitting in the restaurant, surrounded by lush greenery outside the window, was a wonderful way to start each day. The hotel facilities are also top-notch. The private hot springs were incredibly relaxing, the indoor and outdoor pools were clear and serene, and the gym was well-equipped. What was most captivating, however, was the hotel's natural surroundings – enveloped by mountains, with swaying bamboo forests, babbling brooks, and air as pure as crystal. Strolling through it felt like being in a secluded paradise. Though only three days, Anlan Hotel Ninghai provided us with complete relaxation and joy. It's more than just a hotel; it's a place where one can slow down, find peace, and reconnect with their true self. We look forward to our next visit.

ddlrr2023My stay at the Park Hyatt Ningbo was an incredibly comfortable and memorable experience, and I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Sylva. From the initial booking communication, Sylva demonstrated an attentiveness and enthusiasm that went above and beyond my expectations. She proactively added my contact information, letting me know I could reach out at any time during my stay. She was incredibly helpful in checking ferry tickets for Dongqian Lake and genuinely recommended reliable photography services. Thinking of the guest experience, she thoughtfully sent up bath salts and a welcome fruit plate. Even after her shift, she offered to give me a tour of the hotel's ancient village grounds, meticulously explaining the hotel's Jiangnan architecture at night. All of her care came from the heart, without any stiff or formulaic pleasantries. While the 'Misty Jiangnan' ambiance of the Park Hyatt is undoubtedly elegant and captivating, it was this warm, thoughtful, and proactive service that truly became the most precious highlight of my trip.

Guest UserI visited last year and was very satisfied, but my experience this year was just so-so. I'm not sure if they're cutting costs and increasing efficiency, but they seem to be skimping on the air conditioning. The lobby wasn't cool at all; I was actually sweating while checking in. The corridor leading from the lobby to the guest room buildings had almost no AC, and it was very hot. The elevator also lacked AC and was sweltering. The windows in the guest floor hallway were closed tight with no AC, and there was a strong musty smell. The room itself had a musty smell upon entering. If you try to open the balcony door for ventilation, the AC stops working. I'm not sure if they used too much disinfectant on the bed linens, but my skin felt very itchy while sleeping, to the point of waking me up in the middle of the night. The hotel's pest control is also inadequate; I still got many mosquito bites even after applying repellent. Plus, the toilet paper in the room was paper-thin. The overhead shower needs fixing; the water sprayed everywhere. They've cut costs so much that there are only two bottles of mineral water in the room. There was only one pack of tissues, so after washing my hands in the bathroom, I had to go to the room to get paper, which was ridiculous.
The only things that haven't declined are the service at the Chinese restaurant and the staff at the go-kart area.
