Spa hotels in Barcelona

Everything about this hotel is pure 5 stars luxury. We got 2 connecting rooms for a family of 4, and this layout of the rooms are perfect for our stay. Location is on the high end shopping belt of the city. Feels very secure. The concierge and receptionists at the hotel are wonderful at making you feel welcome, super professional. A little nick-pick would be the rooftop bar restaurant, we wish the standard of the food could be better. We had a dinner there on our first day, and we are not blown away by the quality of the food and it took really long for them to serve even though it isn’t quite busy. That was the reason why we didn’t feel comfortable going ahead with the breakfast and the 3-Star Michelin restaurant in the same hotel. 🙏

Excellent, excellent! My stay at the hotel in Paris was quite uncomfortable, so arriving in Barcelona and staying here was a huge, pleasant surprise. The hotel's location, ambiance, facilities, and service are all top-notch. The room was spacious enough, making for a very comfortable and satisfying stay. The complimentary welcome champagne and snacks were a nice touch 👍, and the service was truly heartwarming. In summary: a wonderful surprise, very satisfied!

This villa was just awesome to chill and relax at for a couple of days. Bali is so convenient now with GOJEK. We had a breakfast plan. While the villa is catered more for locals and the breakfast spread was just ok, the price we paid for this villa was so worth it. We lounged by the pool, napped, went for spas (which were super affordable!) and GOJEK food in for dinner. It was also pretty near the airport, and anywhere else, you could just access via booking a car.

The breakfast was good, and the hotel's location was very convenient. In Barcelona, taxis were surprisingly easy to hail and a great option for groups, helping us avoid public transport – and thankfully, we didn't encounter any pickpockets! Speaking of food, we tried four different tapas places, and Vintins was hands down the best, so much so that we ate there three times in four days! Going for lunch usually meant minimal waiting, but in the evenings, be prepared to queue for at least half an hour; even when we left at 10:30 PM, there was still a long line. The honey-glazed cod, grilled shell-on red prawns, shrimp and scallop skewers, and a €2.20 fried, croquette-like item were all incredibly delicious. Their desserts were also fantastic; the chocolate brownie, which I usually avoid, looked unassuming but was so good I ordered a second one after finishing the first!

The room was spacious, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Compared to hotels in other popular tourist cities in Europe, this place offers great value for money. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel, and it's very convenient to get to Passeig de Gràcia and Gaudí's three famous buildings. They provided slippers and toothbrushes. My only minor complaint is that the duvet didn't have a cover; it was just two sheets wrapped around it. When I called room service to change it, they said that's how they all are...

Great hotel staff. Very helpful and friendly employees! Always ready to help: with a taxi, with recommendations, with booking tickets. Very good breakfasts, they meet and see you off. The only thing I can say is the air conditioning in the room, I couldn't get used to it and I was cold, the robe saved me 😁😅 Everything else, and especially the location, is great! Very nice Spanish restaurant, which greeted me in a friendly manner even at 22.00😇

The check in experience was so horrible. After I presented my passport to the receptionists (3 guys) in hotel front desk, they kept requesting me to show the boarding pass of my cancelled flight. If i could not show it, they don’t allow me to check in. I argued with them why I have to show my boarding pass and how can I have boarding pass if my flight is cancelled. They insisted I have to show, otherwise I could not check in. Their attitudes were so rude and I spent almost 40 min to show all documents I have on-hand, then they gave me my room key. The room assigned to me is not so comfortable because it is on ground floor without window facing outside streets. I don’t think it is tourist friendly at all.

I was able to check in right at noon since a room was available, which was great because I didn't have to wait until 3 PM. Check-out was quick too. The hotel has a beautiful pool and a very stylish pink hallway. It's right by the sea, and the architectural details are full of clever design.

Good location, close enough to the sagrada familia. Quiet at night. However, compared to other 5-star hotels, this hotel has a very small lobby and crude elevators that don’t match a 5-star rating. Hardware-wise, it’s probably 4-star at best. Service - Concierge staff was polite upon check in, but the display of hospitality stopped there. Thereafter, door men at the gate didn’t greet or even acknowledge guests upon leaving or returning to the hotel. Considering the hotel lobby was so small that guests literally passed by in front of them, it came across as quite indifferent and awkward. Amenities - There were intermittent sounds of water dripping onto a metal surface in my room during my stay. My guess is the air con system had some flaws. I asked the concierge to send people to check when I was outside (which they did), but there was no follow up afterwards and the dripping sound remained the second night. Besides, the staff who entered my room for checking took away my room card from the electricity holder, which should have never been allowed for safety considerations because the room card was registered under my name and no other person should have it during my stay.

Fabulous hotel!!!! Staff are amazing, all really friendly and helpful- can’t do enough for you. Rooms were really good, super clean, spacious with everything you need- hairdryer, iron, mini bar, shampoo/conditioner etc Spa/Gym is really nice & so nice to spend some chill time there- loved it Bars and restaurants were lovely- really good vibes, food amazing- especially breakfast and so much food! It’s slightly out of main Barcelona- 25/30 min walk but a lovely location along the beach with amazing views We’ve had a fab time at this hotel
