The hotel environment is superb! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the decor was tasteful. The common areas were quiet, and the service was attentive. The view from the window was beautiful, making for a super relaxing stay. Highly recommended! Our room opened right onto the pool. Breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is amazing to me: -First of all, the location is in the city center, it is very very convenient, it is too convenient to book a car at the door. -Next door is the front desk, bar, swimming pool, many foreigners swimming in the pool, basking in the sun, very comfortable. -The room design is too attentive, very modern and has an art gallery, the favorite is the bathtub on the balcony, it is too comfortable, and you can see the pool view from the balcony. -The waiters at the hotel are all local, everyone will smile for you, the service is very very good! Stay here every minute and enjoy!

Check-in was efficient, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly polite and responsive to any requests. The breakfast area was clean and tidy, with a great variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, all of which tasted excellent. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant stay.

Favourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions. I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things. Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc. The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery. Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey. Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards. My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift. Lovely place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. It’s a bit quiet around the area, but that’s actually what makes it perfect for a relaxing break with family or friends.

This was our third time at this hotel, and we were a bit disappointed. Our deluxe room on the 9th floor was very small, only 16 sqm. When the sun was shining on that side, it felt like an oven. The AC ran 24 hours a day. In the evenings, the music was very loud as it faced Bassac Lane, but we always carry earplugs with us. We also found the breakfast wasn't as good as before; everything tasted quite bland. The coffee, however, was still good. The staff, as always, were very friendly and helpful. But for us, this will probably be our last visit.

The location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10. Taxi availability gets a 9/10. For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10. There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness. Cleanliness was a 7/10. Overall, the price was acceptable.

This apartment is great! It has complete amenities and is clean and hygienic. I highly recommend it; it's a very cost-effective apartment hotel. There's also a shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and dining.

Really charming rooms with a cool little swimming pool. Staff were as helpful as their English would allow. No safe in the room.
