"What I liked about it : The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.
: They have a lift. The room is actually big. It has ac, tv, fridge. They also have slippers provided, aside from the towels and toiletries. The breakfast buffet is nice also.
: It is close to Virak Buntham.
What can be improved : The door of my room gets stuck and requires a lot of effort to close.
: The water in the shower takes long to drain."

Amazing
吴吴This hotel is amazing to me:
-First of all, the location is in the city center, it is very very convenient, it is too convenient to book a car at the door.
-Next door is the front desk, bar, swimming pool, many foreigners swimming in the pool, basking in the sun, very comfortable.
-The room design is too attentive, very modern and has an art gallery, the favorite is the bathtub on the balcony, it is too comfortable, and you can see the pool view from the balcony.
-The waiters at the hotel are all local, everyone will smile for you, the service is very very good! Stay here every minute and enjoy!
MMPAWThere were more staff than guests in the restaurant, and they seemed to know exactly how much food I had taken.
The service was good, but compared to other Novotels I've stayed at, the food here was scarce. Each hot dish was served in a tiny cast iron pot, and there was only a small amount inside. Perhaps it's due to a lack of local ingredient supply?
Someone knocked on my door at night for a reason I didn't quite understand.
The hotel provides umbrellas, which was very helpful during the rainy season.
NNadine NFavourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions.
I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things.
Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc.
The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery.
Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey.
Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards.
My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift.

Undoubtedly, my hotel of choice whenever I’m in PP. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and making my stay, once again, truly wonderful! 🌹🌹
GGuest UserThe location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.
The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful.
The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.
It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high.
I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting.
The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!
The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.
Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.
JJacky1025The location is incredibly convenient, with a complete range of amenities nearby, including convenience stores, supermarkets, and bars. Restaurants are also easily accessible. The hotel room was spacious, bright, comfortable, and cozy. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. It's the perfect choice for a business trip.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is pretty good, and it seems like a lot of Chinese travelers stay here. The front desk staff are also nice and some even speak a bit of Chinese, so check-in and check-out were smooth. Just a heads up, remember to prepare a $100 cash deposit. Also, a quick reminder: even if you don't eat durian, don't bring it into the room, as it can leave a lingering smell. Overall, the room is good and quite spacious. I'd definitely go back.
Mmoni4711This was our third time at this hotel, and we were a bit disappointed. Our deluxe room on the 9th floor was very small, only 16 sqm. When the sun was shining on that side, it felt like an oven. The AC ran 24 hours a day. In the evenings, the music was very loud as it faced Bassac Lane, but we always carry earplugs with us. We also found the breakfast wasn't as good as before; everything tasted quite bland. The coffee, however, was still good. The staff, as always, were very friendly and helpful. But for us, this will probably be our last visit.
LLiAnn ChongFound 2 dead bugs in one of the glasses. Towels smelled moldy. No daily housekeeping. Front desk were helpful when there, but opens late (8am). Location was main reason we booked, with a really nice sky bar on the 43rd floor. However, will not book again if not necessary.
GGuest UserCheck-in was super fast, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was larger than I expected and had a really stylish design, not that outdated business hotel look. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the pillows were perfect. I'm usually someone who struggles to sleep in new places, but I actually slept soundly through the night! The soundproofing was also great; I didn't hear a single thing from the hallway. I have to praise the breakfast too. They had both Western and Chinese options, and the coffee was excellent. There were also local specialty snacks. While the variety wasn't huge, everything was exquisite and clean.
