This hotel is amazing to me: -First of all, the location is in the city center, it is very very convenient, it is too convenient to book a car at the door. -Next door is the front desk, bar, swimming pool, many foreigners swimming in the pool, basking in the sun, very comfortable. -The room design is too attentive, very modern and has an art gallery, the favorite is the bathtub on the balcony, it is too comfortable, and you can see the pool view from the balcony. -The waiters at the hotel are all local, everyone will smile for you, the service is very very good! Stay here every minute and enjoy!

This Novotel seems to be right in the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small alley next door that leads directly to a bar street. However, it's over 2 kilometers from the riverside, about a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride. The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are quite spacious. The only minor issue is the odd angle of the mirror, which makes shaving a bit awkward. The executive lounge offers a wider selection of drinks than many Pullman hotels. The main drawback is the price; a standard room at 700 RMB is more expensive than in Shanghai, so the value for money is debatable.

Yes it will like kind of premises Central location and maintain very well breakfast is included if you go for the package and staff are quite friendly and reasonably priced as well happy with using the property on another occasion.

The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.  The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful. The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.  It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which  felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high. I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting. The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!  The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired  but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.  Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.  Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

The location is incredibly convenient, with a complete range of amenities nearby, including convenience stores, supermarkets, and bars. Restaurants are also easily accessible. The hotel room was spacious, bright, comfortable, and cozy. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. It's the perfect choice for a business trip.

This hotel is pretty good, and it seems like a lot of Chinese travelers stay here. The front desk staff are also nice and some even speak a bit of Chinese, so check-in and check-out were smooth. Just a heads up, remember to prepare a $100 cash deposit. Also, a quick reminder: even if you don't eat durian, don't bring it into the room, as it can leave a lingering smell. Overall, the room is good and quite spacious. I'd definitely go back.

Was a lil worried when I was approaching this hotel as it was through narrow roads of a back alley. But upon arrival, check in was smooth, bed was a little too soft for my personal preference, found a dead cockroach beside my bed floor. They offer 15 mins free massage which was refreshing from the long journey. Food was good, try the Fish Amok.

The location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10. Taxi availability gets a 9/10. For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10. There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness. Cleanliness was a 7/10. Overall, the price was acceptable.

The environment is clean and tidy, and the location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The room facilities are well-thought-out, and the bedding is especially comfortable. The front desk service is warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Really charming rooms with a cool little swimming pool. Staff were as helpful as their English would allow. No safe in the room.
