AAnonymous UserThe layout of the hotel is not fitting for a “luxury” hotel like they claim. Their service is only surface level friendly but not helpful at all. Those who have stayed in plenty of hotels would understand that what we need is the hotel staff actually being helpful. I purchased breakfast during check in, I mentioned it many times that it’s for my father who needs to leave early in the morning, the next day we found out the front desk did not register this purchase and my dad told me the staff were super unhelpful and even rude. The check in line was so long yet they couldn’t even do their task right. Another unpleasant surprise is that big hotels usually deliver the items door front, isn’t this part of the service? But Conrad won’t even allow the item to reach their lobby (third floor), let alone deliver it to your room. Lastly, their furniture are so old, like the TV we couldn’t even watch or even close it. Their shower and toilet door keeps smacking onto the glass door Bec of poor structure. All these makes it an unpleasant stay. My first time leaving a bad review ever.

JJoshua FernanWe had a fantastic overnight stay and were very satisfied overall. The dinner we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our only important feedback was the check-in process. The requirement for a cash deposit was a hassle, especially as we were traveling with an 8-month-old and checking in late. We were so eager to get to our room and settle. Since online transfers weren't accepted, we found the payment options surprisingly limited for a hotel of this reputation. Despite this, all our needs were met, and we enjoyed our visit.
GGuest UserVery confusing booking. No address or hotel information.
No answer on cell phone number, only by text, and also through a local person trying to call.
The booking and handling process were very questionable. Not recommended for first-time visitors; it can be very stressful.
In the end, this was at the Belmont Hotel, where I've booked before, and this hotel is excellent and well-located.
Amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing.
More timely transparency would be very helpful.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Then Selah Garden Hotel for one night with my wife and our child. The location is acceptable, but the hotel is not particularly classy. The amenities are limited, with only an outdoor swimming pool available.
For me, the price is not very favorable considering what is offered. The parking area is quite small and operates on a first come, first served basis, which can be inconvenient.
Overall, the stay was decent and manageable, but it is not really worth the price. There is room for improvement.
GGuest UserThe swimming pool was nice, but the owner didn't have tickets. My child was sad because we brought their swimming gear. We weren't told we needed to inform them earlier. I thought tickets were bought at the reception. Anyway, now I know for next time.
The air conditioning unit was pointed at the living area, and the bed was underneath it. I slept really sweaty even though the AC was on full blast, but the person who slept on the sofa bed was freezing. I hope they can fix the AC's position because it's actually cold enough, but I just couldn't sleep properly. There were a few small cockroaches on the table, which is unavoidable because of leftover food.
Self check-in and check-out were very convenient. It was clean, and the elevators were fast; there were many of them.
