If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

Downside : First, the floor is not properly cleaned. As you can see from the picture, there is still plenty of dust / rubbish underneath the bed and the corner of the room. Second, lazy to walk so we had decided to settle our dinner at MAKAN , their restaurant. Totally big big no, not recommended at all. I ordered tamarind pork soup, over salty. my son ordered noodles, too much pepper. Then I ordered their ice tea, the sweetness level was overly crazy, I can even mix it up to four glasses. And it cost me about 750peso. I would rather go to jolibee which is just 5mins away or order grab food. Third, toilet part, I still can see the used soup at the rack area while talking shower, means the toilet is not properly cleaned? Bright side now : Free shuttle service and free breakfast I would say is the highlight of this hotel that's all.

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

Location is the best feature. It's in the middle of everything (fastfood chains, Lawson, Watsons) and NAIA Terminal 3 is just walkable (if you don't have heavy luggages). In our case, we have heavy luggages, so we opted to book a GRAB car to go to NAIA 3, and we paid only 80pesos. FYI, we paid around 220p for our GRAB car from NAIA 3 to Henry's the night before (I don't know why, but maybe the trip from NAIA was a little longe). Anyways, that's how near it is to and from NAIA 3. It's our 2nd time staying at Henry's Newport, and we'll definitely stay there again when we need an overnight stay in Manila before our international flights.👍👍👍

We had a pleasant experience. Location close to MOA and airport. It was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and landmarks. Check in process was smooth and quick .The front desk staff were from Mindanao too. Overall its was a great stay for group travelers and big families.

Had a smooth check in. Just a little confusing about so many towers but they are all in one place anyway. Its very close to moa. Room was good. You get what you pay for. For this cheap price we cant expect too much. We are just satisfied its clean. Thank you will be back again.

Looking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!

It took time for the host to give the keys to us. Story time we checked in at night because our flight was late (host was informed), but upon arrival, we had to wait for about 30-45mins at the lobby bc apparently they were supposed to cancel our booking, but due to oversight they weren’t able to. We received no cancellation notification, so we assumed our stay was good to go. They had no choice i think, and decided to let us in. Nonetheless, the place has good access to spots. It’s walking distance to the airport and 10-15min ride to MOA arena via Grab. Room isn’t properly lit btw, lights are dim at night. TV has no working remote when we stayed. Cleanliness is okay. Wifi is also not so fast. Thankfully, we were still able to spend the new year and the neighborhood is such an experience! Good enough place for a short term stay. So nice to stay at the Shore staycation. Very simple and the amenities is really necessary in times of need. Near at MOA riding the jeep had some fun because there's no kind of that transportation in Japan.

The location of the condominium is excellent within walking distance from the airport, but when booking you need to take into account that it is convenient to check in during the day. We had a late check-in and there were problems because it was difficult to contact the hostess. We checked in very late and were tired. The room was old, the bed linen, the air conditioning, the towels, everything was very old. The hotel was literally for one night. About the photographer
