"Really welcoming staff who made it easy for us to check in early. They had confirmed prior to the trip that we would be able to drop off our bags, but as our room was ready, allowed the weary travelers to check in.ideal for us post Boston marathon where we just wanted a day in Boston, rather than in Hopkinton where we had been staying. Great choice at breakfast and lots of coffee available as well as a shuttle , whim we didn’t use because we like walking! King bed was soooo comfortable and lovely towels and beautifully clean; friendly staff who smiled in the corridors. Used the gym which had cardio equipment and weights and a lovely but small pool ."

Enjoy our Boston Back Bay hotel deals paired with stunning views overlooking Fenway Park from the only Rooftop Bar in the Fenway neighborhood, making for an ideal starting point before and after a Red Sox game. We are also close to the House of Blues and the MGM Music Hall – both great venues for catching a show! Explore the city and enjoy some fabulous shopping and dining at the world-famous Newbury Street or at the Prudential and Copley Malls – both just a 20-minute walk away. Stop by the Time Out Market Place and explore dining options from the top chefs in Boston. Alternatively, you can take a bike ride along the Charles River and enjoy the views. Plus, at our Back Bay hotel we also have a great indoor swimming pool that is always a big hit for the entire family!

"The location of the hotel cannot be beat. Unfortunately our room had a few faults. The AC unit was extremely loud. The motor on the fridge was also very noisy. It made sleep a bit difficult. Our unit faces the loading bay of the healthcare center next door. So each morning, we are awakened by the early shift’s arrival. The free breakfast was good for the first couple days. But the lack of variety after one week was a bit disappointing. There is a Star Market and a Target not too far away from the hotel."

"I booked the hotel for the Boston Marathon. Great location. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioner is a bit noisy. The coffee machine is completely unacceptable, I was able to get it running with a trawl. Everything is fine in the island."

Opposite Boston Park. Close to Chinatown. The hotel is low-key, but low-key luxury. The snack room on each floor is super considerate, but there is no kettle, so you can't make tea. You can buy some hot tea in the coffee shop in the lobby, but there is a time limit and the room is relatively small. It is also expensive in this season

I will stay here again. The location is excellent and it is convenient for shopping and dining. The room cleaning, extra bed and turndown service are very good and the attitude is good. The front desk service is good and free coffee is provided in the lobby. The only drawback is that the takeaway I ordered this time was not delivered to the room. I hope to have a better experience in the future.

The location of the hotel is good: it is a 100-meter walk to the silver line, which is very convenient to the city center and the airport. The Avis car rental station is also nearby. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and the service is enthusiastic. The hotel has complete facilities , clean and comfortable.

The room was quite spacious. I stayed there last year, and this was my second time choosing this restaurant. The quality seemed to have declined somewhat. The towels were of average quality, some were old, and weren't replaced. The restaurant service was somewhat indifferent, though a few staff members were okay. There was a table near the edge of the restaurant with a lamp on top; when I stood up, I bumped my head on it, which hurt quite a bit. The staff seemed unfazed, as if this wasn't the first time they'd encountered this situation; they just looked at it without offering any concern. Room cleaning and room service were decent. I probably wouldn't choose this restaurant again.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The basic accommodation conditions of Four Seasons, such as quilts, pillows, air conditioning, bathroom, spacious rooms, etc., are beyond doubt and must be excellent and reliable. There is a high-quality Japanese restaurant downstairs, which is modern. The SPA is very good. The only thing that is not as good as the old Four Seasons Hotel in Boston is that the room is just very modern, without any style.

Overall a good experience for a pricey hotel in Boston. I think they are all quite expensive. Nice hotel and staff. Food and bar good. Liked the “free” tea/coffee, water and snacks, and rooftop pool and bar. I think that’s why they charge an amenity fee. No smoking at the rooftop pool/bar which was a pain. They should set aside a small corner for smokers as it’s outside after all.  I think the bathroom/shower facilities could be updated. The functioning of it seemed outdated and tricky to work. We only had a trickle of cold water coming out of our sink tap which was annoying. Overall though a good experience for our 3 nights in Boston.

My last stay 3 weeks ago was excellent. But last night the room was freezing cold. 65 F . Out side was 5 F. The man on front desk was not polite. Changed the room from 326 to 832 with same temp. Sent a van driver to check the problem. And said he cannot do anything more. There was no engineering staff. Very unhappy with this uncomfortable night. Travellers, please be careful.

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.
