The room isn't huge, but with two 150cm beds, it's manageable for a family with kids if you don't mind snuggling. The mattress was incredibly soft; surprisingly, I usually get back pain at home but slept on this soft bed for three nights with no issues. There's a Starbucks drip coffee maker in the room, and another Starbucks next to the front desk on the second floor. Bar10, also on the second floor, serves good food. The hotel connects to two malls, which is fantastic in the cold winter as you don't have to go outside to find food. The cleanliness was impeccable, it looked like it had just been renovated. The shower had both an overhead rain shower and a handheld option; even though it was in a tub, the water pressure was excellent. Facing north, we had an unobstructed view of the river and MIT across the way. Boston truly is a beautiful city, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from MIT, Harvard, Boston University, Berklee College of Music, Tufts University, and Northeastern University. A taxi ride costs between $15-20 to these locations. It's also conveniently close to major attractions, generally under $20 by taxi. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Harvard Square and downtown, with fewer runs on weekdays and more on weekends, which is great for getting around. There's a Whole Foods market and a gas station within an 8-minute walk, making everyday life very convenient. The river view rooms offer nice scenery, and you can enjoy Boston's night view from the top floor.

An excellent new hotel. The rooms are small, but very comfortable! A comfortable large bed right by the window with a city view (at check-in, you can choose a low or high floor and whether or not to have a city view). Check-in is easy. The shower and all the plumbing are new, everything is superb. Modern TV. The lighting, air conditioning, TV, etc. are controlled from a tablet, which is also very convenient. There are two types of curtains: blackout and sun protection. The area is convenient – ​​you can quickly reach Cambridge, and Downtown is a 15-minute walk away. , the Freedom Trail is also nearby. The hotel is located in the bus station building, but there are few people around, so it doesn't feel like a neighbor. However, there is a large food court nearby, a huge supermarket with a huge selection of everything, including alcohol and prepared foods. Also across the street is Little Italy, with many delicious restaurants and bars. Overall, we are very glad we chose this hotel.

recently stayed at Hilton Boston Logan Airport and had a very convenient experience overall. The biggest advantage is the direct connection to Logan Airport through the covered skywalk, which made traveling with luggage and catching an early flight extremely easy. The location is perfect for transit stays or overnight layovers. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being near the airport. I also liked the nice city and runway views. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were well maintained. The only downside was that food and drinks at the hotel were quite expensive, and dining options nearby are limited because it is located inside the airport area. Some parts of the hotel also feel slightly dated compared to newer hotels in Boston. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone needing convenience, comfort, and quick airport access, especially for early morning flights or short stays in Boston.

This Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude. There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. Overall a good experience for a pricey hotel in Boston. I think they are all quite expensive. Nice hotel and staff. Food and bar good. Liked the “free” tea/coffee, water and snacks, and rooftop pool and bar. I think that’s why they charge an amenity fee. No smoking at the rooftop pool/bar which was a pain. They should set aside a small corner for smokers as it’s outside after all.  I think the bathroom/shower facilities could be updated. The functioning of it seemed outdated and tricky to work. We only had a trickle of cold water coming out of our sink tap which was annoying. Overall though a good experience for our 3 nights in Boston.

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

Newly renovated room with very comfortable bed/beddings and good temperature control system. Conveniently located to shopping and other tourist sites. Also easily accessible to Prudential station.

My stay at the Boston Copley Place Marriott in a River View King Room was a terrible experience. I arrived late at night and, after checking in, was assigned a room right next to the elevator. Throughout the night, the elevator frequently started and stopped, creating a constant and noticeable buzzing vibration and operational noise. The soundproofing was extremely poor, and the incessant noise made it impossible to get any restful sleep, severely impacting my rest quality. The front desk clearly thought I was an easy target, putting me in such a subpar room despite the price I paid. The room assignment was completely unreasonable and showed no consideration for guest comfort. My overall stay was unpleasant, and this experience was just as disappointing as my last one. I advise friends to always request a room far away from the hotel elevators, or else the staff will take advantage of you.

The hotel is clean and in a great location. Unfortunately the rooms are far too small. I understand that there is a Japanese compact theme going on for the rooms but it would be useful to potential guests for this to be clearly spelt out in the booking information. There is no room for two suitcases and very limited space to put clothing. The bed becomes the settee and vice versa. When the bed is down it is very cramped and difficult to navigate around it because the suitcases are on the floor. The US is known for big rooms, big beds, and big servings of food. You would not expect to find such small rooms in a U.S. hotel.
