LLeah LewComfy bed and great water pressure shower. Somehow thw room cleanliness so so eapecially the carpet looks dirty. The rest are ok. They have welcome cookies when chck in. As for those whos driving, parking inside cost euro35/day elae u can park at he street (10pm -9am free)

AAnonymous UserThis apartment hotel is great! Just set it directly! Very clean and hygienic, comfortable temperature, spacious suite space, and kitchen, you can go to the supermarket to buy things and make a simple meal. The location is also very convenient, downstairs is the subway and bus stop. There are also several supermarket convenience stores. Very recommended! The front desk has fixed business hours, it is recommended to make an appointment in advance, otherwise no one will receive.
I have lived in a few old and small hotels in Europe before, and I am really surprised!

LLambert_I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel.
The positives:
- The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
- Soundproofing between the rooms was good.
- The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience:
- Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival.
- Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days.
- Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness.
- Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day.
- Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20.
While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing.
If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, and transportation is the biggest plus. The light rail and subway are right in front of the hotel and very close to the city center. The single room I booked was an attic room with a sloping roof and an area of less than 15 square meters. It was a little cramped and depressing when I checked in.
The front desk service is good, professional and enthusiastic. The room price is more than 900 per night. I feel that the price/performance ratio is not high. If I come to Berlin again, I probably won't stay here again.

DDoreen TeuchertI stayed at this hotel recently and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The self check-in system is slow and inefficient, and the staff—although young—seemed uninterested, lacking both compassion and willingness to help. I arrived just in time for an important meeting, yet the check-in process took far too long.
When I finally reached my room, I discovered that it had not been cleaned at all. I returned to the customer care desk, where I was met not with an apology, but with the question of why I was upset, followed by a casual “we’ll just give you another room.” The replacement room added further frustration: the key cards did not work. After going back once more, I was told they should work, and only after insisting did the staff member reluctantly accompany me—where she realised I was correct. I was then asked to wait in the hallway while she returned to fix the issue. Throughout the entire process, there was no apology, no sense of urgency, and certainly no gesture of goodwill or compensation.
The premium room itself, once accessed, was spacious, clean, and had a balcony that allowed for good ventilation. Unfortunately, this was the only positive aspect of my stay. The breakfast, which used to be excellent at this hotel, has declined significantly in quality.
Overall, the lack of efficiency, professionalism, and hospitality made this stay extremely disappointing. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again

GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is great for sightseeing, close to many tourist hotspots and is easily accessible by public transport. The room is of good size for a hotel room in a major capital city. Buffet breakfast is good but would be even better if some varieties can be introduced on different days. Overall, a good choice hotel for tourists.

GGuest UserThe location is great; however, the reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. There is no kettle in the room, which makes the stay less convenient, although hot water is available from the bartender at the lobby. I must say the bartender was very friendly and had a great attitude.
The room is very basic. On the positive side, the hotel is very conveniently located, less than three minutes from Berlin Train Station.

We tried ordering room service but we didn’t have a way to do it and when we called reception they basically told us to just look in the room for the menu. We only had a breakfast one. Other than that, everything else was awesome.

Environment: Turning left out of the main entrance, there are two supermarkets and a self-service laundry, which is very convenient.
Kids' breakfast: Trip.com stated that children under 11 eat for free, but the hotel front desk said it was for children under 6.

LLlunixTo check in, it's online and it's a pain... sometimes the lockers fail and you have to wait for someone to come... which can easily take about 30 minutes. There is no one at reception… only specific hours on some days…. Of course, sleeping there is very quiet and very well located because you have the metro and bus station next door that immediately takes you to the center. Very good cleaning and they always leave you some details for breakfast such as coffee capsules, tea bags, potatoes, a cold drink in the refrigerator….
