I really want to give this hotel a great review! The front desk staff were patient and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The location is super convenient with easy access to the subway and buses, and it's even within walking distance to the Brandenburg Gate. Sony Center's night views are right downstairs, which is a big plus. The breakfast quality was excellent, with salmon and another type of fish, and a good variety of dishes. The freshly squeezed juices were a nice touch! There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and being next to the Mall of Berlin makes shopping incredibly easy!

The hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before. I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

I found all the staff at the hotel to be very friendly. The check-in service was excellent. I was asked about my room preference, which was accommodated. Furthermore, the room was already pleasantly pre-cooled when I arrived, which was great given the summer heat outside. The air conditioning also managed to keep the room perfectly cool on subsequent days, even with temperatures over 38 degrees Celsius. So, it didn't really matter that one of the bath towels was a bit worn out and had two holes :-)

What a great hotel! Staying in the first 2 months after opening has always been a risky endeavor in our travels, but the Hotel Luc has knocked it out of the park. Incredible service, beautiful artwork, delicious food - everything was perfectly executed to give us a great 3-night stay. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. I also had a great view of the neighboring square. The attached restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner with fresh local food and great service. A champagne check-in always sets the right tone, and from there, every interaction with every staff member was fun, engaging, and helpful. They went above and beyond to the point where you start to feel a bit guilty as if you don’t deserve to be spoiled this way. But hey, who can complain about feeling like a Queen or a King for a few days! Would definitely stay here again!

We chose this hotel to escape the summer heat with our baby, expecting the level of service and professionalism that comes with the JW Marriott brand. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. We checked in at around 4 PM and were greeted by a very long queue with only one receptionist serving guests. The wait exceeded an hour, and even after reaching the front desk, the check-in process itself took an unusually long time. The biggest issue came when we were informed that the room we had booked was still occupied because another guest, described as a premium member, had not yet checked out. Regardless of the reason, we had paid for that room and expected it to be available at the guaranteed check-in time. Guests should not have to deal with operational issues that are entirely within the hotel’s control. As a temporary solution, we were placed in another room while waiting for our booked room to become available. We ultimately had to wait around five hours before we could finally move into the room we had reserved. This was especially inconvenient while traveling with a baby and disrupted the first day of our stay. The hotel did offer a late check-out as compensation, but that did little to offset the inconvenience, wasted time, and frustration caused by the situation. The issue should never have happened in the first place, and the recovery fell short of what I would expect from a luxury hotel. Overall, this experience was far below the standards I associate with JW Marriott. I hope the hotel improves both its check-in operations and the way it handles situations where booked rooms are not available as promised.

The Telegraph Office was renovated I have stayed in many renovated hotels, but I was still pleasantly surprised. The color scheme (lights, soft furnishings) in the public areas perfectly solved the cold and alienated feeling of the old industry, giving people a soft mood The details of the guest rooms are so 6️⃣, and the service is also thoughtful. The handsome guy at the front desk 🇩🇪 speaks Mandarin quite well. When asked if he had stayed in Shenzhen, he also had a Chinese name ”Haijin”😬 This is definitely a fairy hotel. Go straight to Museum Island (& Merkel's home is here), and to the south is the Humboldt University district, which has produced 57 Nobel Prize winners and many great people and celebrities At night, walk around the ”school district house”. The Hack Courtyard is an enclosed ”creative park” with multiple openings. After entering one of the narrow corridors, it suddenly becomes a unique gathering point for subculture groups, where young people of all kinds gather (8️⃣-9️⃣). The weekend is very lively, the weather is pleasant, and there are many people in the bars along the street. Maybe the next Nobel Prize winner is drinking beer and chatting 😌 It is worth mentioning that there is Sangu Maocai nearby! Come and have a meal of Maocai for 200 RMB hahahaha

The room was great, directly opposite the Duomo, and there's a Sichuan noodle restaurant right next door. The location is excellent too, with a subway entrance downstairs. The hotel building is very impressive, and the front desk service was good.

The hotel's decor and facilities feel a bit dated, giving it the vibe of an old local establishment. The room was very spacious, more than enough for two people, and the bathroom was also large, though the sink was quite high – perhaps for taller Europeans. There's complimentary water in the room, but it's only replenished when the room is serviced. You need to hang the 'Please Clean' sign on the door if you want housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was only cleaned twice, providing only two bottles of water, as we didn't realize we had to hang the sign for cleaning. The hotel has convenient parking for 30 Euros/day. The front desk service was excellent, very warm and attentive, and communication in English was easy. The hotel's location is superb, with an Asian supermarket, Chinese restaurants, local eateries, and Italian restaurants nearby, along with many shopping malls and a 24-hour McDonald's. There was also a Christmas market. It's not far from attractions; a 9.5 km walk will get you to the TV Tower, Museum Island, etc. Driving is also an option, but parking near the attractions is difficult. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Booked this for my son's 18th birthday trip. We booked two hotels of similar quality in Berlin for the kids so they could have a change of scenery during their stay. When I made the reservation, I mentioned it was their first independent birthday trip. The first hotel gave them complimentary drink and dessert vouchers, but this one didn't offer anything. My son said the hotel was nice and lively, with decent, standard facilities. They even ran into a singer who was performing in Berlin during their stay! On the downside, the swimming pool was very small and didn't really match the hotel's overall standard.

Good! Must be praised! With family members, four people, booked a two-bedroom, one-room family room, only taxed 700 yuan, went to Germany for four days! This hotel in Berlin is the best! The traffic is so convenient, the environment is good ~ the key is that the price is so good! Push!
