HHuaguduowaixingrenThe room was spacious, and the large bed was perfect for our baby and us. It was also kept very clean. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the subway and S-Bahn. Overall, we were quite satisfied. However, we accidentally left our baby's sleeping bag at the hotel. When we called to inquire, the front desk had no record of it in their lost and found, which was quite puzzling. Aside from that, we were happy with almost everything. I'd rate it 4.5 stars.

PPrejakFirst of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel.
Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get.
Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

YYIZHUOGood! Must be praised! With family members, four people, booked a two-bedroom, one-room family room, only taxed 700 yuan, went to Germany for four days! This hotel in Berlin is the best! The traffic is so convenient, the environment is good ~ the key is that the price is so good! Push!

NNopastNofutureThe hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before.
I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the InterContinental Berlin for a weekend trip with our two daughters (7 and 11), and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere even though it’s quite large and business-oriented. Our room was spacious, clean, and very quiet—perfect for a family. The beds were super comfortable, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless.
Breakfast was a highlight — an impressive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes that even picky kids enjoyed. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always taking time to check if we needed anything

AAngelinchinaI travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin.
I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip.
Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do.
This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager.
I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel.
I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience.
Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel with great rooms, very stylish and good facilities. The breakfast is great, in the evening there is a DJ in the courtyard and the service and attentiveness of the staff is very good.
The Stue is fully recommended and we would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin.

Bbarbara projThe hotel was generally nice, given its price and location, but the stuff on the reception was quite rude at the day of our check-in — it was really uncomfortable to communicate with a person who looked forward to shortchange us, because previously in our communication with the hotel there was one price for early check-in, while at the counter it actually doubled. And, obviously, we got a room with not such a nice view as could be seen in the hotel’s photos — just lots of rooftops. Overall, the stuff was unprofessional, despite a gentleman at the check-out was pretty welcoming. About the other points, the cleaning was great, there was a huge bed and a nice bathtub. However, what was confusing is the fact that AC did not work either at the whole time of our stay, which is a common problem, judging by the reviews. Breakfast was good, a wide variety of options, including vegetarian ones.
