It's great that there are many Korean supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are also kind and helpful; when we went for breakfast with our child, the staff would give us snacks, which was a thoughtful gesture.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the WiFi was not working at all, which was already frustrating. This was our second day at the hotel, and we hadn’t experienced any mosquito issues on the first night, so what happened next was both surprising and unacceptable. In the middle of the night, I woke up to use the bathroom and found the entire room filled with mosquitoes. Both my girlfriend and I ended up with mosquito bites all over our bodies, making it extremely uncomfortable to rest. I called reception to report the issue and ask for help, but the response was unhelpful. I was simply told to close the balcony door—which was not open in the first place and hadn’t been left open during the day either. This made the explanation feel dismissive, and it seemed more likely that the mosquitoes had entered through the air ventilation system. When I asked if they had any mosquito repellent or could offer a solution, I was told they didn’t have anything available. With no real assistance provided, we had no choice but to sleep fully covered under the duvets from head to toe just to avoid further bites. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and poorly handled experience. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not.

The accommodation is located in the tourist area. The location is super convenient, and the staff are incredibly kind. The building is quite new, and I love that the room, toilet, shower, and sink are all separated. It would be perfect if it weren't for the slight herbal medicine smell and the meager breakfast.

The hotel was very easy to find, conveniently located right on the main road. The owner was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The bed linens were spotless. Overall, a fantastic experience! I would definitely stay here again.

The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the hotel front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food, especially the rice noodles and rice bowls. The hotel is located in the bustling Sanjiang area, with excellent surrounding amenities and convenient parking.

The experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel's overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the cleanliness is excellent, with no odors in the bathroom. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a very restful sleep. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. The location is perfect, with convenient access to dining and transportation, being close to business districts and transport hubs, making it easy to get around for business or leisure. The room was spacious and bright, housekeeping was prompt, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. The soundproofing was also good. Excellent value for money, highly recommended! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

The hotel is very clean. Recommended for tourists, you can walk and take pictures of Pratu Chai. There is a restaurant next to the school, near the embassy residences of various countries. The staff are good and clean. The school can call for a car.
