This hotel is an oasis of calm & style in an otherwise uninteresting area. The warm wlecome of MARIA at the front desk is noteworthy, she was very attentive & kind to the whole family. The property has been extensively renovated by Hyatt & the one bedroom we rented was very classy & elegant. The gym has a steam bath as well as a sauna. Spa also available. Very large pool. There were a lot of families in this resort.

Lovely  new large hotel in a quiet area, not far from the W Algarve. The hotel was super clean, with large rooms, and the continental breakfast was decent with a good variety of options.I didn’t opt for the buffet dinner, as it was easier to order a nice burger from the bar, which was really tasty. I also tried the Portuguese steak sandwich, which just wasn’t to my liking, but the staff kindly changed it for the burger instead.The pool and spa areas were also spacious and well maintained.You do need an Uber or a car to get around, as there are very few shops nearby. There is one nice restaurant next door and a sports bar close by.The staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic or forthcoming with hotel information, although the manager Andrea, was especially helpful and lovely to talk to. As it was off-season, the hotel was very quiet, and the weather was a bit chilly, so the pools were not really in use. I would definitely visit again if the price was good.

Fantastic accommodation! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful everywhere – from the reception to housekeeping, and from the restaurant to the bar and the pool. The pools were wonderful and well-kept. The food in the restaurant was also excellent, with something for everyone. I highly recommend taking an Uber to explore more of Portugal; it was very convenient. We would love to come back here again!

El apartamento, el trato y la limpieza muy bien, pero de lo demás no puedo hablar tan bien. Es diciembre y el único bar abierto no puede ser en el exterior cuando hace frío, ni tener que recorrerte medio hotel desde la sala de estar para pedir una consumición. Y lo nunca visto: a pesar de ser pocos huéspedes y la mayoría de la tercera edad, se terminó la cerveza de barril. No había ni en el comedor ni el el bar, ni tenían barriles de reserva. Menos mal que después les permitieron servir de botella en su lugar. Tampoco daban agua embotellada para llevar a la habitación. El gimnasio bastante equipado para ser de un hotel, pero ¿dónde se ha visto un gimnasio dónde no haya agua para beber? La única máquina de agua que había estaba estropeada. Tampoco había toallas. Las comidas con poca variedad y muy repetitivas, pero de bastante calidad. En la habitación del apartamento no había ningún enchufe libre para cargar el móvil. Uno que había escondido detrás de una de las mesillas de noche no funcionaba. Creo que no volveremos.

We had the most wonderful stay at Patio Suite Hotel!! The staff were all lovely and were so accommodating! Highly recommend going all inclusive, such good value for money and the food was great (including a few vegetarian options). It was easy to get the shuttle to and from the beach. Although would suggest getting an Uber (they are quite cheap and there are plenty) to other nearby beaches if you fancy something different (and a little less busy)!

The off-season travel feeling is very good, the room is large, the breakfast is delicious

hello this was our second trip my first trip was last year in the same hotel and it was the best three years we had spent in any hotel we loved the hotel and everything from service to food location everything but this time we were treated horribly at the reception the perrsonal at the reception was the worst a hotel should have as the first contact first of all they gave us seperate bed to a couple and wheen we asked the beds to be joined the reception personal after half an hour waiting for somebdy to come and join the beds told us and that too in the worst possible way that the housekeeping will come when they have time the worst experience anybdy can have in t¡a hotel where u have booked a second time for the treatment u have had earlier i will not recommend anybdy to book this hotel i dont know it was because we booked through trip .com because they treated us real badi am really hurt by the treatment given by the reception staff to a paying client

The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is OK, the swimming pool is small, and it is ten minutes away from the beach. The rooms are good and bad. The one we got was average, with poor sound insulation and average value for money.

It was a bit difficult to find at first, Very clean, nice furniture, I meet the manageress she’s a nice polite lady and gives time for you as valued client, (this pays off) I tried to get an extra day a the special rate however she explained very well why it wasn’t possible at that monument, very quiet place this was one of my, only prob kitchen area light and a power outlet wasn’t working . I complained about no air flow at the gym and was offered to have a fan there which done., i

A Cozy Getaway with a Few Quirks I recently had the pleasure of staying at Block C in a wonderful location near the beach. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there, as the bedroom was spacious and beautifully designed. However, there were a few quirks that left us slightly puzzled. Locating the signage for the establishment proved to be a small challenge, but it added a sense of adventure to our experience. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room left something to be desired. It struggled to keep the temperature comfortably cool, and we often found ourselves feeling a bit hot. It would be great if this aspect could be improved to ensure a more comfortable stay. Nevertheless, spending evenings on the balcony was a delightfully cozy and relaxed experience. The ambiance was inviting and lent itself to unwinding after a day of exploration. The surrounding garden and environment added to the overall charm, and we truly appreciated the pleasant surroundings. I highly recommend visiting this place for a minimum stay of 2 to 3 days. Anything less would make the trip feel rushed, as there is so much to explore and enjoy. Despite the minor quirks, our overall experience was enjoyable and memorable. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here and would gladly return for another visit.
