In particular, I have to say that the bathrobe feels different from other hotel towels, and it is super comfortable to wear (children like it very much). Send a pack of steam eye masks, as well as bath balls, masks, bath towels, disposable underwear towels and other series, mouthwash, the first day of useless and the second day still sent... silent dedication to glowing fever. On the last day, I walked up to the car and sent a big bag (surprise!) The bag was full of specialties. 😭 The child said that it was too relaxing and comfortable and wanted to come later. AAnonymous UserOur stay was absolutely fantastic! From the airport pick-up, to checking in, and all the way to checking out, everything was smooth and pleasant. All the staff, from those handling the airport transfers, to the front desk, housekeeping, and other services, were incredibly warm and caring. You could really feel their genuine dedication to service and their passion for working at Nian Xia (Summer in the Southeast). The room itself was great too, with welcome fruits and all the amenities you could need. It's also super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Plus, with your room key, you get free entry to the Nian Xia Art Museum, which features INART and Tiankai sculptures – absolutely amazing!

GGuest UserThe whole building of the hotel is very grand, divided into two buildings, Building A and Building B. The hotel is very new, the service is warm, and seeing that we brought two children, they gave us an extra children's breakfast coupon. Overall, I am very satisfied, but I have one shortcoming: there is no place to hang towels in the bathroom and washbasin. It is recommended to install it, otherwise where to put clothes and towels when taking a bath.

CCaihuaxiaomeiLet me talk about the pros. The breakfast was quite plentiful and tasty, 68 yuan per person. Our child, being 15, paid an extra 40 yuan. We booked three rooms together. The rooms were decent for a five-star hotel, and the lobby was beautiful. Now for areas for improvement. Aside from the good security guard at the entrance, the service could be better. Since it's a hot spring hotel, the hot spring itself is important, but it was rather mediocre. Of the 12 pools, some were 58 degrees Celsius, some 48 degrees, and only a few were usable and small. Also, because so many people were crammed into a few pools, they became quite dirty. All three families stayed for an hour before leaving. There were too many access control points. For a hotel in such a remote area, I don't understand why there were so many access control points and card swiping systems; it was very inconvenient. I didn't intend to give a low score because the front desk gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was a concession.

The elevator smelled strongly of rotten cafeteria food. The breakfast food was mediocre. This isn't the chain Joya Hotel; it's a bathhouse hotel.
