We chose the Renaissance Phuket for our summer family 'lie-flat' vacation. The pros: new facilities, clean and tidy, five-star service, and good restaurant food. The breakfast was also excellent, with a chocolate fondue for the kids. The hotel has its own private beach and a Starbucks. While its location is north of the airport, getting to the city center can be quite expensive. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the nearby Turtle Village, which has a commercial area with restaurants and a 7-Eleven. The local Pizza Company there is also delicious. For families with kids, you can book an elephant sanctuary online, which includes pick-up and drop-off. If you have a bigger budget, you can also opt for the Nemo dolphin show and swimming with dolphins, but that dolphin attraction is in southern Phuket, which is quite a distance! In summary: the hotel is new, clean, and well-designed. If you're looking to relax and unwind, definitely go for it. The last picture was taken after we checked out.

Enjoyed our 3 nights at Noku Phuket! The front desk and bell team were absolutely lovely during our time here, and we had a complimentary upgrade to the room with the whirlpool in our balcony! Loved that the room was super spacious, and there were dual sinks in the bathroom. Location was pretty far but they provided complimentary shuttles to Phuket town too! Didn’t manage to explore the breakfast, dining and spa offerings during this stay! It would be good if the hotel could look into improving their flooring (there were some gaps & there was even a piece of wood sticking out and was a hazard). The linen was really thin and not fitting of 5 star standard, which was a shame as the hotel was really pretty! But overall still a highly recommended stay!

Phuket's top choice! I picked this place because I didn't want to deal with the hassle and sun exposure of island hopping, and it was absolutely amazing. The room layouts are very well-planned, and the overall resort vibe is fantastic! When checking in, there's a separate reception area where they go through all the hotel details with you in a very attentive, almost 'kneeling' manner. We stayed at The Surin before this, and this place is even better! The service is also exceptional! It's truly a great spot to just relax and unwind. Wow, I'll definitely be back!

There were some misunderstandings with the staff, but the manager contacted us and apologized. We are happy with the hotel; it's not our first time staying here, and it's excellent for families with small children, offering a kids' room and delicious European breakfasts. We were given a room with a magnificent view from the window, which was a real pleasure to look out of every morning and evening.

I stayed here ten years ago. Perhaps due to some Chinese superstitions, there weren't many Chinese guests, and breakfast was primarily Western-style. Of course, the room facilities can't compare to newly opened hotels in China, given that this is an established resort. Aside from that, the resort ambiance was fantastic. On the day we checked in, which was my child's birthday, they thoughtfully sent a birthday cake while we were out – a nice little surprise. The hotel is situated in a quiet yet central location in Patong. The pool is huge, offering expansive views directly facing the sea. On clear days, you can watch the sunset from the pool. It's separated from the beach by just a small road, making it very convenient for beach activities or simply relaxing. We stayed in a swim-up room for two nights, which felt more like a private pool. However, with kids, we preferred the main pool, mainly for the better views. We basically spent our days by the pool and evenings at the beach. There's a good massage place and restaurant right by the hotel's main entrance. They're next to each other, and the restaurant, belonging to the neighboring hotel, has a trendy, Instagrammable vibe and is popular with many foreigners. If the hotel breakfast isn't to your liking, you can have brunch there; we ate there several times and also had massages for a few days straight. This trip, we stayed in both Karon and Patong, but next time, I'd only choose Patong – it's much more convenient for going out and exploring.

This stay was fantastic, perfect for families with kids! The room was spotless, with no dampness or strange odors at all. The sofa could be converted into a sofa bed, which was incredibly practical for a family stay. I highly recommend booking our room type – you get direct access to the pool from your balcony door, making it super convenient for a dip. The hotel's kids' facilities are excellent. My child had an absolute blast, constantly wanting to go challenge the slides. Parents can relax on the loungers nearby while keeping an eye on them. The location is superb, offering a quiet retreat despite being close to everything. The beach is right outside, there's a 7-Eleven just by the entrance, and a 'Let's Relax' massage branch is nearby, along with various dining and entertainment options. It's incredibly convenient for food, fun, and getting around. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation experience. We didn't get enough time this trip, so we've already decided to choose this hotel again next time we're in Phuket!

Excellent hotel! My child attended many workshops and activities. The staff are caring and attentive, huge thanks to them. There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool, always a spot to relax, and an excellent bar with delicious cocktails. The housekeeping is top-notch; our room was cleaned twice a day and the bed was made. The hotel has a very convenient app with all the information you need, and you can even order extra necessities to your room. I ordered an additional pillow and there were several different types to choose from. The breakfasts are excellent, and on certain days, there are seafood dinners. The buffet includes oysters, crab, shrimp, and hot dishes, all for 1250 baht. We will definitely be back. This is one of the best hotels for our vacation ❤️

The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and having the 'rabbit car' (shuttle service) was a great help for getting around. We received a complimentary welcome fruit basket on our first day, which was a lovely touch. The hotel also boasts a private beach that remains peaceful and private even during peak season. We'd definitely come back again. The only minor drawback was that the Italian risotto I had was a bit undercooked, quite al dente.

The hotel is right on the seashore. We had a room with direct pool access, which was amazing! 🥰 Our friends had a sea-view room, and that was beautiful too. The room itself was lovely, and the bed linen was fresh. The staff were polite and attentive. The sea was a bit murky, and there were a lot of rocks at low tide, BUT! It felt exclusive, with very few people around, almost like having a private beach. The kids loved spending time in the pool, and for the sea, we’d walk to Ao Yon, about a 10-minute stroll, conveniently passing a 7/11 on the way. The hotel is definitely good. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful holiday! 💕

We booked a pool-view room, and it was great. The layout and design were very good. Although it's not huge at just over 40 square meters, it was quite comfortable for two adults and one child. The front desk and concierge staff were all very polite and had warm smiles. The breakfast spread was extensive and served until 11 am, which really added to the holiday vibe. There weren't many Chinese guests. My husband commented that at breakfast, you could see people of different skin tones, confirming that the hotel was indeed full of international guests. To be honest, the pool isn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for the kids to play in for two days. There's also a small sandpit next to the pool. The biggest surprise was the kids' club! It even had a ball pit and tons of toys. Our child's favorite place each day wasn't the pool, but the kids' club. The staff there were very responsible; they'd confirm with parents whether each child was allowed to leave on their own when entering, and required a sign-in and sign-out every time, which made us feel very secure. Free bicycles were also provided, so you could cycle to 7-Eleven for supplies. Of course, there were some downsides. The beach waves were indeed quite strong, so you could only splash around by the shore. It's also true that it's far from town; 7-Eleven isn't within walking distance. To get around, you either need a taxi or a bicycle. There are also wild massage parlors next to the hotel beach offering massages for 500 baht an hour, as well as two Thai restaurants. They're more expensive than outside but cheaper than the hotel, and the food was decent.
