When we arrived at 10pm we went to our room but it was not ready…the girl at the reception was so embarrassed for that and gave us another room, the “superior”. The room was hot like a real sauna and the Air conditioning didn’t work (in August with 40 degrees during the day). We called again the reception but they said there was nothing they could do for that. We had to open the window but all the mosquitoes came inside and it was really impossible to sleep because of the noise coming from the street. Internet didn’t work (I tried hundred times)….hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work…a real disaster! The owner was so arrogant and never said sorry for all the inconveniences. Unfortunately we paid on arrival…. NEVER AGAIN!

Albergo molto bello, silenzioso, nel centro di Stia, ha fascino ed eleganza , le camere sono pulitissime e confortevoli, il letto molto comodo. La colazione davvero squisita, sia dolce che salata, con varie torte casalinghe e con possibilità di stare all'aperto. Il personale è molto cortese, disponibile e gentile.

Una struttura molto accogliente e gradevole dal punto di vista estetico. Colazione buona. Prezzi assolutamente onesti rispetto all'offerta. Disponibilità squisita di tutto lo staff che fa sentire a proprio agio e offre consigli utili e intelligenti. Accoglienza che non si dimentica. Complimenti!

Ottimo. Personale giovane cordialissimo,stanze pulite in una location particolare di hotel d'altri tempi ma perfettamente ristrutturato e funzionale con diverse salette per rilassarsi ed un grazioso bar. Buona colazione sia dolce che salata.

Ottima posizione per visitare le meravigliose Foreste Casentinesi. Anche il paese stesso di Stia merita il soggiorno. Personale molto cortese e disponibile, colazione ottima con torte fatte in casa. Camera spaziosa, ordinata e pulita. Complimenti!

Al centro di Stia, nella piazza del "Ciclone" un bellissimo albergo che fa della gentilezza del personale uno dei suoi punti di forza. Camere spaziose arredate con cura ma senza vezzi. Una struttura che si sposa con la cultura del territorio. Un piccolissimo appunto... la colazione!

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e curata. Ottima posizione. Peccato per il ristorante proprio sotto alle finestre della camera, che alle 00.30 ancora aveva gruppi a cena che parlavano e ridevano a voce alta, senza curarsi di chi cercava di dormire al primo piano, con le finestre aperte, essendo estate e avendo i condizionatori in camera non funzionanti.

Hotel molto carino nel centro di Stia. Abbiamo alloggiato in una matrimoniale superior per diverse notti e purtroppo non ho trovato i giusti servizi per un soggiorno di più notti. La stanza dispone di una tv molto piccola, non ci sono abat-jour e le coperte non ci sono sembrate adeguate al freddo di dicembre. Non sono presenti troppi prodotti in bagno e il kit bollitore tisane-caffè ci è sembrata scarso. Purtroppo l’albergo non dispone neanche di colazione ne abbiamo ricevuto buoni o convenzioni per farla nelle vicinanze. la pulizia è stata ottima e la receptionist molto molto carina e simpatica. Ottima la posizione centrale ed il parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze
