I would like to first declare that all the following are my personal experiences. I want to give Novotel Suzhou Huanxiu Lake a thumbs up! During the May Day period, I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. The personal experience was very pleasant and exceeded expectations. I would like to sincerely introduce it to my friends who will come to Suzhou in the future. First, the quality of the hotel managers and staff is very high! This time I went to Suzhou to participate in a competition with my children and my friends’ children. Because I signed up for the competition on a temporary basis, I did not reserve accommodation in advance. Three adolescent children are traveling together, and they have special requirements for staying in the hotel, that is: they must live in the same room so that they can chat about youth and competitions! In order to find a hotel that met this requirement, I searched for many hotels through Ctrip.com as usual. Because it was the May Day holiday and it was a tourist hotspot city like Suzhou, I called many hotels and the answers were basically Either there are no rooms, or there are only two beds in the standard room. The hotel cannot accommodate extra beds and cannot arrange for three people to stay together. Because demand has indeed exceeded supply these days, some hotels even responded to the phone in a condescending and indifferent tone. When I almost felt hopeless, I tried to call Novotel. Mr. LZ who answered the phone listened to my description and replied in a soft tone, saying that it was indeed difficult but that he would immediately find a way to coordinate arrangements. The ideas for doing things are very clear. He called me back after a while and said that the coordination was complete. After listening to his plan, I just had four words in my mind: I am overjoyed! I immediately took a taxi and arrived at the front desk. The hotel lobby was clean, bright and spacious, making me feel very comfortable. There are so many guests waiting to check in. It seems that we have chosen the right hotel! The young lady at the front desk took the initiative to bring me tea and said softly: "I have kept you waiting for a long time. Please drink some water first." What a considerate service! Second, the food is rich. Because the room was really tight, Mr. LZ specially led me to the barbecue area on the third floor to rest temporarily while he arranged the check-in procedures. I sat there, enjoying the afternoon sunshine, and saw that the BBQ area was designed to be very comfortable, with spotless white tablecloths, and a variety of fresh meats, seafood, snacks and delicacies, as well as beer and drinks. The waiter is very skillful in setting the tableware to welcome the guests. Breakfast the next day was a buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes! Food scene! Third, the service is good! When checking in at the front desk, the manager Yoyo and Mr. LZ personally coordinated the extra bed, showing high-quality service quality and efficiency. In addition to the bright environment in the lobby, the bedding is clean and there is no smell in the room. This is what I hope to introduce! Fourth, the transportation is very convenient! Take a taxi from Novotel Suzhou Huanxiu Lake to Suzhou North High-speed Railway Station, which takes 12 minutes. I feel very at ease! Final summary: This hotel is great!

We decided to visit Suzhou on a whim. Because it was Labor Day, it was difficult to book a family room. Fortunately, we booked this hotel. Although it is far from the city center, it is very close to the Huayi Brothers Cinema where we went. The hotel is very new and the environment is beautiful. The staff has a good service attitude. The hotel is new, the facilities and services are very good, and the rooms are large. We didn't have enough water, so a lot of it was delivered, and fruits were delivered in the evening.
