The hotel's pillows are too high for me, but it was too late on the first night so I didn't bother the hotel to change them. The next day, I called and said that I needed to change the low pillows. I guess I forgot about it. Later, the cleaning aunt came and changed it to a buckwheat pillow for me, which was really comfortable. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good. Whether it is the lobby or the room, the aunt cleans it very well. Environment: The hotel environment is spacious and bright, which is also the decoration style I like. Moreover, although the hotel's geographical location does not have a subway station, Suzhou itself has developed waterways and fewer subway lines. It is still the most convenient to take a taxi. The taxi from the hotel to various attractions will not exceed 20 yuan. Service: I am generally satisfied with the hotel's service. I would like to especially mention Zhang Waner, the hotel's front desk lady, who is enthusiastic and introduced us to the fun and delicious things in Suzhou. We have tried the attractions and food she recommended and they are very good. Give Miss Zhang Waner 5 stars. But it is worth mentioning that my husband and I are relatively hygienic tourists. We ate takeaway garbage at night because it was too late, so we took it down and threw it away by ourselves. We took it to the first floor and asked the front desk brother, but he told us: There is no trash can in our hotel, we need to take it outside and find a trash can to throw it away. The scallion oil noodles recommended to us by Miss Zhang Waner for breakfast in the hotel are really good. A suggestion: the lady who cooked the noodles is a little salty. Today, on the morning of the 25th, the scallion oil noodles were cooked by a male chef. The taste is excellent👍
