Located walking distance to the Suzhou museum and Humble Admin Garden as well as the metro station with many food options and convenience stores just beside the hotel. Room is comfortable and big with ample walking space even with 2 big luggages open. Front desk is also helpful with carrying our luggages up the stairs (a few steps) to the elevator. There's also free self service laundry n dryer and hot tea/coffee in the pantry.

I stayed for only one day, but I loved here because of the location close to the Suzhou Museum, clean and tidy room, friendly service, and reasonable price. If I come to Suzhou next time, I will stay again.

Great hotel staff, great lobby with free washing facilities. The staff at the reception were super nice, especially a young lady who spoke really nice english, tried to help me with my questions and was really careful to enjoy my staying. The bathroom and main part of the room was suoer nice. Cant complain, however the cleaning could be more carefully because the curtain was dirty and under the table there were some nuts which was there probably since the previous guests. Overall I would totally recommend because I am very picky but besides this smaller complain I am totally satisfied!

Staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel is close to many attractions & from the hotel you can walk around the old town. Easy to find something to eat there are many local restaurants around the hotel. Love this hotel. The location is close to metro station (about 10 mins walk). After exiting the station, cross the road and walk straight. Hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable. There are restaurants, bakery shops, etc along the hotel so you won't get hungry. One of the bakery shop sells very good bakeries. Humble Administrator’s Garden and Suzhou Museum is around 10 mins walk away from hotel. Will definitely stay in this hotel if I come back to Suzhou.

Hotel is new and clean. Location is good. About 400m to Metro station, Suzhou musuem, 拙政园/拙政園, Ping Jiang road 平江河 etc. Many eateries nearby. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Would like mentioned the free laundry. Just place cloths in washing machines, hotel staff will assist moving to dryer later include packing when done. I just collect whenever available. We have a great stay here, Thank you once again for the great hospitality.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I like their laundry facilities, very easy to operate and also equipped with a nice and comfortable resting area while waiting for the cloth to wash and dry.

Hotel location nearby to many tourist spots in walking distances. Moreover, many restaurants nearby to find foods. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I will book this hotel again if back to Suzhou in future.

Hotels appear not to give sufficient hooks to hang wet towels for couples. Room was clean and the location to attractions is excellent.

Room: The room is quite okay, not too small but not too big. We can open two 24-inch suitcases in the room. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is a standard unit (not central), and you can use the remote to set the temperature according to your preferences. You can adjust it to be very cold or less cold. Amenities: Every day, they refill two bottles of mineral water for us. They also provide new slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo daily. Towels can also be changed every day. There are about 4-5 sockets in the room. Remember to bring a universal adapter, as the sockets are not designed for international use, although there is a USB port that can be used directly. Shower: The water pressure is not very strong but still acceptable. Breakfast: The hotel only has a pantry area with 1 table and limited chairs (similar to pantry) and no restaurant. Transport: The hotel is near the Humble Administrator's Garden (5 minutes walking distance), Lion Forest Garden (3 minutes walking distance), and Suzhou Museum (5 minutes walking distance). The Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum are located side by side. If you don’t mind walking, you can also reach Pingjiang Road (15-20 minutes walking distance) and Guanqian Street (15-20 minutes walking distance). For other attractions, you might need to call Didi. Location: There is a Family Mart located in the same row as the hotel, making it easy to buy snacks. My travel dates are May 21, 2024 - May 23, 2024. There is some construction nearby (it seems to be a new metro construction). It’s not noisy but a bit dusty. When walking to Pingjiang Road and Guanqian Street, you need to walk near the main road and construction site. It can be slightly dangerous, but many people are using the same route. Laundry: They offer a free laundry service. You can use the washing machine and dryer for free. However, there are only two washing machines and two dryers. Many people use them at night, so you might need to wait when others are using them. Overall, it is good for a short stay and budget travelers.
