酒店位置絕佳，出門就是天平山景區入口。環境安靜優美，空氣清新，房間乾淨設施完好，服務人員都非常客氣地打招呼，很容易溝通。自助早餐品種齊全，口味佳。停車場很大，免費。

房間大小合適，衞生間乾濕分開，淋浴熱水穩定，空調不是中央空調，想冷想熱自已選。早餐是中西式的。開能源車的，可以在園區後面停車位上充電（慢充）。吧枱小姐姐和小哥哥服務熱情！想登山的，馬路對面就是天平山，老年人還有門票優惠價！酒店周圍也可以散散步！

酒店的地理位置真的很清幽，就在天平山對面，離壽桃湖生態公園也很近，可以步行到達。房間挺大，但是隔壁空調聲音很響，樓下有個小朋友的遊樂園，太吵了，臨走時向前台反饋，前台很認真的記了一筆，希望真的能有所改進。酒店自助早餐比較豐富，味道也可，就是五一假期去的，人有點多，建議大家錯峯出遊。酒店旁邊有一家江南雅廚旗下的餐廳，四季.陽春，主要是蘇式麪條和點心，服務與口味都很可。推薦！

該度假酒店性價比很高，前台王經理幫我們升級了房間，乾淨，設施比較齊全，去周邊風景區也方便，酒店服務員熱情好客，早餐品種也比較豐富，值得推薦，也期待下次再去。

看到我們兩大一小，還有倆小狗🐶，幫我們做了升級。房間內部還是比較寬敞的，就是空調有點大，睡靠窗的床會吹到頭，最好酒店能想辦法遮擋一下出風口範圍就更好了。酒店環境也不錯，有草坪花園還有一個湖。停車方便，第二天一早吃過早飯我們就去爬天平山了，風景秀麗，也有點險峻，爬上去還是蠻累的，但山路上幾乎都有樹蔭，到頂上一身大汗，很爽。下山喝杯綠茶，一個完美的上午。下次秋天考慮再來，説楓葉紅了。

昨晚登記小王，小南服務態度好，手續辦得快，給個大大的贊。今天早上前台經理小王解答問題熱情清晰，滿面春風！由於我還要訂20號房間，兄弟姐妹在此聚會，錢經理給做了最好的訂房方案，謝謝她了。雖然衹住了一晚，但給了我最好的體驗。可以説天平山居服務不輸四季。
