The hardware facilities are the same as those of a five-star hotel, and the environment is also very good and quiet. The soundproofing of the room is a little worse. But the service level is a bit behind. The waiters are very enthusiastic, but not professional. The waiters in the cafeteria are in a hurry and give people a feeling of being a bit dirty. If the waiters can be improved and trained, it will be perfect.

Wenxingli, which took a long time to choose in Xishan, has the unique antique white-walled and green-tile garden style of Suzhou. The small bridges and flowing water, and the koi swimming around, make people feel like slowing down. I chose three room types: a small thatched cottage, a Chinese style, and a modern style, each with its own merits. Compared with accommodation, I think the most correct choice is to have dinner in the hotel. The menu I ordered in advance tastes very good.
