"The hotel is beautiful. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and courteous. Our rooms were very clean. We had a very comfortable 4-day stay. They stored our luggage as we arrived early. Their Buffet restaurant and Bar 98 have delicious food and beverages. They also booked us a Jumbo taxi upon checkout. Stored our luggage again as our flight is not until 9 pm. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Stayed at 28/F, luxury prestige room with very nice view. The services were fantastic. The biggest room of the floor contained working area & sleeping area. There were five pillows i could close. In the G/F main entry, there is 98 Bar offering NTW700 free flow of drinks. High CP value. However, there were around of mosquito. The size of washroom is more than big enough. Apart from the shampoo & shower gel, there was nothing. I was shocked that I neded to buy teeth set & shave set."

"I've been a recurring customer for this hotel over the past decade. The location is right next to the hub of the Southern Taipei where you can get to pretty much every corner of the city by subway easily. Numerous high-quality restaurants in the hotel providing Japanese, Cantonese, and ********* cuisines. The concierge team is also very helpful and enthusiastic. The interior is clean and roomy, albeit a bit seasoned. The texture of the bed is also world-class. The gym is handy to use with a wide spectrum of utilities."

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good too .Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My mom needed a wheelchair as she suddenly has knee pains and had difficulty walking. The staff brought us a wheelchair within minutes. Very impressed with their service."

"Stayed here out of convenience because our event took place in one of their function rooms. The lobby is grand, the room is spacious and luxurious although the decor is a little dated. The fact that they still use physical keys says alot, which also means the lifts are not restricted to in-house guests only. Even the aircon in the room is still turn-type thermostat. The room is abit like a junior suite where there's an additional door separating the entrance and bathroom from the bedroom. I do wish the lights are brighter, too dim for my liking. The side table lamps and floor lamp are also manual control, so you have to turn them on/off one by one. The bed is firm but the pillows are too soft and sinks without support. Clean and spacious bathroom, do note however they don't provide single-use disposables so bring your own toothbrush. The water pressure in the standing shower is good, but the hot water for the bathtub is not hot enough. Location wise isn't too convenient. The MRT is about 7 mins walk away, considering you also have to go downslope from the hotel lobby which is situated above a park at the top of the slope. There also isn't much else around in terms of local food and stuff, except for 7-11. It's connected to Regent Galleria in the basement where there are more luxury boutiques from Sisley to Chanel, Hermes, Issey Miyake etc. 5* service, every staff I've met throughout my stay has been most friendly, helpful, attentive, polite and full of smiles."

"The room is good enough to move around inside with two pax. We expected toothbrush and toothpaste are provided,but there was none. Rooms are cleaned daily and they also change the towels everyday. We needed a flat iron and the staff let us borrow until we check out free of charge. Unfortunately, there is no whole body mirror to check on your ootds. There’s a laundry area free to use, but we weren’t able to since we always arrive from tours late at night.Location is perfect. It is near the station and a few steps to Ximending night market."

"The hotel room is very comfortable, clean, and spacious, booked at a discounted price from Trip.com. Level one concierge Nico was very friendly and helpful when I went downstairs to collect my midnight supper delivery. Special thanks to housekeeper Ricky. Hotel is in the best location, nice view of Taipei 101 at level 7 swimming pool area. Metro is just across the road past some shops. There are street performers on the walkway behind the hotel in the evening from 6 to 10pm."

"Location is superb with convenience shops, eateries and bubble tea shops at the door step. Sound insulation is very bad. When your neighbor showers there is a very water gushing sound near the you can hear clearly people talking along the corridor. Definitely not a hotel for light sleepers. WiFi connection is almost non existent… though there are a few spots to connect, there is no internet connection or it barely loads/unstable. I had to rely on my eSIM data instead throughout the entire stay. Hotel offers offering food from famous stall, a convenience factor which may favor some travelers."

"It was a perfect hotel for our family. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Towels and slippers were good quality too. We loved a fitness gym and the restaurant. Staff was very nice, kind and flexible. It smelled really nice and decor was stylish. MRT Red Line is also very convenient for all places that the first time visitor of Taipei would want to go. Definitely recommended."
