Excellent
DDanielledaneService was top tier! Every single personnel or staff in this hotel were very accommodating and friendly. The amenities were more than what we needed. And we got upgraded into Fabulous room and the view was beautiful. The interior of the room is my favorite. I loved my time here in W. The pool though honestly was a bit cold for me. They probably dont use their pool heater much but i enjoyed more in their sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.
GGuest UserIt is near to MRT. Overall the hotel hardware is good, but In room onsen is a bit small. Counter staff has no smile and is not very helpful, other staff is friendly but in general very hard sell. Breakfast is just so so. I saw comments saying dinner is a must try item. Dinner tastes ok but is not value for money.

WWangyanThe rooms were clean and quite spacious, with plenty of bottled water provided. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near Zhongshan Metro Station, and the Wi-Fi connection was also quite fast.

RRay QThe hotel room is very comfortable, clean, and spacious, booked at a discounted price from Trip.com. Level one concierge Nico was very friendly and helpful when I went downstairs to collect my midnight supper delivery. Special thanks to housekeeper Ricky. Hotel is in the best location, nice view of Taipei 101 at level 7 swimming pool area. Metro is just across the road past some shops. There are street performers on the walkway behind the hotel in the evening from 6 to 10pm.
良良人家The hotel was very full the day we arrived, but as Marriott members we were still able to get checked in early. Staff were mostly helpful and very polite. Hotel’s breakfast Buffet was a bit pricey for our budget. Location is good with Miramar mall nearby but it doesn’t open until 11am. So we had “breakfast” at the 7-11. Metro station Jiannan (剑南路站)is 8 min (0.4 mi) walk away. Close to Songshan airport for local flights.
WWei-Liem NgHotel location isn't the best personally, it's about 5 minutes walk to the closest MRT station(Songjiang Nanjing) which matters a lot to me. But there are a lot of nice restaurants and Taipei is generally a very walkable city so no complaints there, besides the front desk during check in when they asked me if I will be staying solo which I replied yes and they seem to be mocking/making fun of the situation which I do not get till this day. What are we, in high school? Grow up or at least have some professionalism. Housekeeping is very good, bedsheets were never changed during my 5 nights stay but it's not an issue for me so long as it's clean enough. Gym only has cardio machines and nothing else, it is located in B1 level which is the parking floor that the general public can easily access to anytime lol. Overall satisfied with my stay as the room is very comfortable.
GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Grand Taipei. The staff were very professional and spoke English well, which made communication smooth. There is a convenient luggage storage service available, which was a big help.
The room was clean and well-equipped with essentials such as a hairdryer, drinking glasses, dishes, and complimentary bottled water. However, one point to note is that the lower floor houses the main restaurant, and during lunchtime, the area gets quite busy with tour groups and other guests. As a result, food smells can linger in the elevators and even stick to your clothes when walking past. It would be great if the hotel provided air freshener spray in the room to help with this.
The location is excellent, just one stop from Taipei Main Station and within walking distance to the NanXi shopping area, making it extremely convenient for both travel and leisure.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Sheraton Grand Taipei for its great location, attentive service, and comfortable stay

Good
OOliviaYeo_I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which offered a warm, inviting atmosphere with its pleasant lighting and comfortable spaces. The check-in process was smooth and efficient thanks to Karen, who was professional and welcoming.
The lobby layout can be more intuitive. The check-in counter are somewhat tucked away at a corner, making it unclear at first where to go. Kimberly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her attentiveness, cheerful demeanor, and genuine care for guests’ comfort made my experience truly enjoyable.
The room is spacious and clean. I just don’t like that the hot water takes ages to heat up—it’s such a waste of water.
Overall, this was a great stay, largely thanks to staff like Kimberly who make guests feel valued. With slight improvements in lobby signage and faster hot water in the rooms, this hotel would be outstanding. I would gladly return and recommend it to others.

TThe ZephyrDelightful and quaint hotel. It is a short walk from the station but you have to cross over several roads. It is pain when it rains and exiting from entrance 5 from the station means walking up a long flight of stairs. Not fun if you have alot of luggage but it's nothing a cab ride can't resolve! The bus stop is nearby and everywhere is a short hop on the bus once you figure out the routes.
Hotel is clean and service is attentive. There is always someone at the counter who'd jump out to open the main door for you (they don't have a dedicated doorman). Breakfast that many previous guests highlighted was really nice - they let you choose the cereal, cold cuts, cheese, breads and pastries, and main course the night before from an online menu and your choices are presented to you at breakfast. The breakfast was good - they even offered sparkling wine - but it was quite a struggle to eat breakfast like that every day over the period of our stay (after our first day). Unlike the run of the mill buffet that, where you can always cut down on the amount you choose to eat day to day, the breakfast served here is fixed. Would definitely suggest you choose to eat at least one breakfast at the hotel or even go for lunch / dinner at their restaurant for the experience. Quality of food is good.
We got a full bottle of wine with our room and you can enjoy more wine every evening with the bottles they generously place in bar area in front of the lifts on every floor. The hotel has a tie up with several wineries hence the wines available for happy hour.
The rooms are clean and they have lots of variety of snacks available at the lift lobby bar area together with your choice of hot beverages. We enjoyed our stay. 😊

GGuest UserConclusion: Would definitely stay again!
The hotel is super convenient, just a short walk from MRT Jiantan Station Exit 2. Despite its proximity to the station, the soundproofing was excellent; we barely heard any outside noise, and the in-room soundproofing was equally impressive.
Pros: The room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom had a TV, and the shower facilities were very comfortable; bathrobes were also provided. A JBL Bluetooth speaker was conveniently placed next to the bed. The TV's speakers were also of good quality, though it was a slight bummer that it couldn't connect to YouTube. The minibar was well-stocked with complimentary soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, etc.), and there was a capsule coffee machine and even a microwave! Beyond the standard amenities, the room offered numerous thoughtful extras that felt like pleasant surprises, such as small pouches to take home unused soap.
Cons: Our first impression was slightly marred when we tried to call the front desk with a query, but the phone rang for a long time without an answer. The room key card was problematic; even after we got a replacement, it was still difficult to get it to register (we didn't bother reporting it again), leading to some frustrating moments trying to open the door.
